Honestly if I could leave 0 stars i would !!! I stayed here from 12/25. Had issues with my key card, finally on the third day (12/28) I come back at night tired from disney. we are completely locked out of our room. they tried master card and they couldn't get it open. manager didn't want to come in, they're saying maintenance can't come in. All of my things are stuck in the room, i couldn't even get back to the hotel and shower like i wanted to. i was locked out of my room since 12am, i was several hours outside waiting for someone to try to fix my room. this is certainly not okay !

This is a terrible hotel. Maybe it's okay if you're just seeking shelter, but don't stay here if you value your sleep. A price of $0 would not be low enough to make me stay here again. Some is to be expected of a 2-star hotel. The walls and floors are paper thin, so you hear everything from your neighbors, especially the people above you who sound like they are stomping their feet just walking around. The breakfast is super basic. The beds are not comfortable. But the worst was what happened our last night. I came down to talk with the person at the front desk at around 1:30am because our AC was not working and it was nearly 80 degrees in our room in December. I was standing there barely awake and asking what options we had, and this person showed no empathy whatsoever. She seemed annoyed with me, like I was interrupting her quiet night of watching Netflix or whatever and making her actually do work. She presented me with two alternatives, both of which involved waking up my entire family including my young children. They were all asleep (albeit restlessly given the heat in the room). I tried to explain to her that my preference would be to avoid waking them all needlessly. She became even more impatient, interrupted me rudely, and raised her voice. I was blown away at how aggressively combative she was. I tried to point out calmly that although I recognized she was working at night, she probably also sleeps during the day, and that I don't sleep during the day and am up in the middle of the night. I was hoping she might get the message that yelling at a guest, inappropriate at any hour, is particularly awful when that guest is up in the middle of the night because their room is defective. She didn't get that message and continued to be aggressively combative and unhelpful. People who work in hospitality generally have some level of empathy and common sense, but she seemed to be entirely lacking in both. Even though she continued to interrupt me rudely and with a raised voice when I tried to come up with alternate solutions, ultimately we did go with one of my alternate solutions -- rather than having the valet go into my room where my wife was asleep in her underwear, to fiddle with the AC, I had him take me into an empty room with him so he could show me the steps he would take to try to fix the AC. Then I went in and tried what he told me. It ultimately cooled down, but it took several hours. Everyone was miserable at Disneyland the next day. Again, no price is worth this kind of experience. It's worth paying more to stay somewhere else.

I was nervous after reading these reviews but I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The hotel is older, but everything was clean and comfortable. Our checkin was nice and easy and we were able to check in early (for a fee). Our room was cleaned every day with clean towels and sheets. We were able to walk to Disneyland. We got a suite with two rooms (1 king, 2 doubles) for roughly the same price as regular hotel rooms. It was comfortable for our family of five with two teenagers. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Stayed here for a show at the house of blues. 7 minute walk to the venue. Room was spacious and clean however the bed sheet kept slipping. And I also unfortunately brought my foot down on the side of the bed and was stabbed in the heel by the bedframe which didn't have a plastic safety guard on it. Other than that the place was fine. They charge for parking as well at basically $25/night, which I think is a bit absurd.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! We stayed here years ago and it was wonderful, so choosing it for my grandsons 2nd birthday and first trip to Disneyland was a no brainer. Unfortunately things have changed, and not for the better. We were able to park there in the morning and take the ART shuttle to the park, so that was nice. We returned at 3:15 to check in. We were told no one was at the front desk and they would be back in 5 mins. It's check in time and no one was there. We eventually got checked in and went to our room. We booked the large suite because we were a large party and we paid over $300 for one night. When we got in the room it was 81 degrees. They don't turn on the A/C ahead of time and it took hours to cool down. We unpacked, put the baby down for a quick nap and left to go back to the park around 6pm. We arrived back for the evening at 11:15 pm. We walked in our room and were greeted with a TERRIBLE, overwhelming sewer smell! We went to call the front desk and both phones in our suite didn't work! The water was coming out brown! So gross! We called from our cell phone and told them there was an awful smell that wasn't there earlier. She said there was no maintenance on property and that the only thing she could do was switch rooms. They only had one large suite left and it was on the floor below us. We had a 2 yr old, it's 11:30 on now, and we knew the new room would be hot and take hours to cool down again. We also had everything unpacked and the portable crib set up. We called back and was put on hold for 8 mins. When she finally answered I told her we were hesitant to switch rooms. What if the same issue was in that room too, as our cousin said they had smelled it outside as well. She told me others had reported the same problem since we last spoke and now maintenance was on the way. I asked her to keep me posted and gave her my cell phone number. I never heard back from her again. Next morning, I called to speak with a manager when I didn't hear back. I was told there was no manager on duty and they had no idea when she would be back, as she has been out of the country on conference. We also had housekeeping come in without knocking and almost let the baby out as he was right next to the door! The fridge froze his juice and our food! One of the TV's didn't work. The beds were terrible and not even made correctly. One wash cloth per bathroom! The list goes on and on. We just wanted to get out at this point. We packed up and at checkout I asked for the managers contact info. It's so unacceptable to have no one of authority on property at checkout when there have been issues. Apparently plumbers were still there working on whatever it was that happened. There was also old, dirty, nasty furniture in the parking garage. We ran from this hotel! I emailed the manager and didn't hear back for 3 days. I called the hotel again and asked for the manager and was told they still didn't know when she was coming in. But they would text her and let her know to answer my email. She finally responded and offered me a discount, not a refund!!! I told her I was never returning and that was unacceptable. So I called Wyndham corporate and opened a case. I was told I would hear back within 48 hours, and it's been way past that with no one reaching out. It's very clear they don't care about their hotel, their guests or their reputation. There are so many choices near Disneyland, don't stay here!

I stayed here from Thursday Oct 5th- Sunday Oct 8th. Staff was friendly, room was amazing. Clean, and they come in and made our beds and took out used towels provided with new, and removed trash. All while all our stuff was out, all our stuff was in same place we left it. The staff was even helpful when asking of places to eat, etc. breakfast they offer was good, waffles were amazing. Pool is outside but under a covering. So kinda indoor/ out door with a hot tub. My daughter loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

5 rooms robbed last night. Stole everything from us! Money, cards, gifts, my car keys, clothes, shoes. And I feel like this was an inside job because how do they do this room and room and not get caught? No camera footage. Keep your family away from this place! They are disgusting people who prayed on me while getting my cancer treatment. This will set my family back so much. I’m heartbroken. My daughter is shaking still.

I stayed for 6 nights, out of which housekeeping skipped my room 2 nights (I left no later than 9 am and the Do Not Disturb sign was NOT on the door). They also tried to access the room while I was getting ready to leave despite the Do Not Disturb sign being clearly on the door because housekeeping thought I left it on when I left my room.I brought this up with Elaine at the front desk who was extraordinarily unhelpful and bottomline rude - she refused to contact the manager or tell me when I could find her, and refused to tell me how to file a complaint with corporate on the grounds that guests should not have access to that information. The only solution she proposed was that I emailed the hotel's manager (who wasn't at the hotel anytime during my stay) at a Gmail address and refused to provide ay official channel of communication so that I could bring up the low quality of my stay.La Quinta charges a high nightly rate but provides a service that is barely acceptable. If you want to enjoy your Disney holiday DO NOT stay in this hotel.

My stay was not pleasant , I'm sorry to say but the room was not clean. The beds were made but the sheets were dirty. The sheets had what appeared to be food stuck on them. I walked in the room with my socks and mi had lashes and other dirt stuck on my feet . So I'm assuming the room does not get vacuumed either . The trash was taken out because it was new trash liners on them. The walls are thin because you can hear people talking next door and the rooms above you . You can hear loud noises when people walk in the hallway .

If I could post 0 stars I WOULD!!!!!!!This was the WORST place I've ever stayed. We stayed for a few days our last Disney trip. After checking in and going up to our room I woke up to a dripping sound, once I opened the restroom door I seen the roof was caving in over the bathtub and water was pouring in from the ceiling! I called the front desk and let them know and after literally going back and forth over them switch us rooms they gave in. So in the middle of the night (12am) we packed everything up and moved. The next room we got into the tv wasn't working at all and our closet door kept falling off the track no matter how much I fixed it. We called AGAIN,argued with the rude night manager and we were moved a 3rd time. By the end of our stay my wife and I were really disappointed and felt that they could justify the inconvenience and reimburse us at least a nights stay or something. The lady we dealt with was the most unprofessional customer service manager I've ever dealt with and it was pretty obvious she felt personally attacked by our complaints. They offered us $50 towards the next stay lol out of $700 horrible stay, they tried satisfying a customer with a dusty $50 credit. I had been a customer for YEARS and my one horrible experience was being treated as if it was nothing. We told them we would like more but of course they said no. By the end of this unprofessional conversation and the management's behavior we decided never again would we stay there. This was back in February of this year but Recently we booked another trip and decided let's give it one more try and plus we have the $50 credit so why not? We call and speak to the same manager and she had made a comment " I don't have a crystal ball to predict if your stay would be good " I couldn't believe my ears and when I tell you my blood was boiling from frustration, I hope this lady gets fired and never gets into customer service again because if that isn't unprofessional idk what is. This is the email they sent over.

Beautiful place to stay for a few nights.Unfortunately, you can hear everyone in the hallways and you can hear the people upstairs walking and talking. The rooms are super nice. One bedroom with two beds. An extra room with a pull out couch and TV, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot.Main room comes with a TV (behind the bathroom door. Anyone coming out the bathroom will block your TV viewing!). An ironing board and iron in the closet. The staff were courteous and helpful. The key card had to be changed 6 times because it continued to demagnetize. The only fault I truly have....we had to pay $24/day for parking in their parking lot (on top of paying for the room). We requested a view of Disneyland and was told we would have one. When we looked there was no way that we were ever going to get that view because of the other hotels and businesses in the area. One special perk, there are stores and different restaurants all within walking distance from hotel and Disneyland was about 15-20 minutes walking distance.

We booked this place at Priceline a week ago at a discounted price. We stayed here yesterday Sept 30, 2023, after we checked out at Disneyland. Check-in time: 3 pm local timeCheck-out time: 11 am local timeHere are some Pros and ConsPros: - 7 minutes (1.7 miles) away from Disneyland- Late check-in 24/7 front desk- Microwave / Refrigerator- Complementary coffee/breakfast- courteous attendant- separate living room with 32 inches TV (Dish cable)- free WiFi average speedCons:- limited parking with a $23 fee per night- housekeeping team forgot to clean the frig. (please see the picture)- robe and towel hook were missing (please see the picture)- lack of lighting in the bathroom- door key issue (inserted multiple times just to enter the room)- hard sofa (not enough cushion) Overall it is an okay budget 2-star hotel but personally, I would suggest finding elsewhere if you want to spend more.

The quantity of one-star reviews should have been an indicator that I should have looked elsewhere. However, the proximity allure to the park caused me to ignore the quantity and the glare of the one-star reviews. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we could not travel and cancelled airline tickets with no problem, car with no problem, and park tickets can be used another time. To my surprise and sadness, no negotiating with La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anaheim. So my room fees are theirs as they would not issue a refund or a credit to come and stay another time (we are rebooking to visit the area at a later date). In the process of "let me check with the manager," I got to call them three times (no manager until 11:00AM PDT FYI), sit on hold many times and never got to talk with the elusive manager. In the end, they get to keep my money for a service I didn't use, have a popular location and will likely still book that room. And...lost a customer for ALL of their properties, not just this one. It would be incredibly convenient if life events could just be put on hold due to cancellation policies. But alas, I have my own cancellation policy, and I am cancelling any future visits to La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham.
