Just follow up the number for checked in and they will call you back for door and try to park little away from here because street is too tight and I got loaded within 2 hours and after they loaded you will bring paperwork to you

This morning I was calling their office multiple times due to having a missing bill and when they answered I had gotten a very rude response when asking for help. I was constantly being told i was going to be transferred but when they “transferred” me all they did was hang up. Not only is that incredibly rude but it was extremely unprofessional. It wasnt until i had called one more time and a very nice woman had answered and actually gave me information on how to solve my issue. When she was telling me that she was getting transferred I had lost all hope, due to all the other rude employees that just ended the calls, but to my surprise she actually transferred me to someone who answered. I am extremely grateful to those two employees that helped me today for their kindness and cooperation but i am greatly disappointed with this company’s service.

I have 2 pm appointment and they call me 6pm and give dock and is take 5 hours for load my trailer also no have restroom here I ask for restroom he said go home book depot for use restroom no good experience very bad service god bless him

Here picking up an order . I Just asked to use their restroom since they removed the portables away from the parking lot . Shipping personnel said they don’t provide public restrooms for drivers . I spoke with the Asian lady at the shipping office . WOW ! To think this place would appreciate its logistics partners and at least provide them with a restroom .

Park at the street and walk inside to check in. Got dock in 15mins. 45 minutes to loding have overnight parking in street not inside warehouse staff is nice
