Stepped on my eyeglasses and busted the frames. Luckily, I had bought a spare just in case. I was that guy showing up at 9:01 to ask if they could swap the lenses. Emily, swapped them in under 10 minutes and waived the fee. Exceptionally friendly place, I highly recommend this Lens Crafters location. A+

Excellent experience overall, genuine, respectful, kind assistance. Brought my broken glasses in and they were repaired the very next day by Richard, lab tech extraordinaire!!
