I have rented from Let's Store It for over 6 plus years. Never had an issue with them. However, they do need to update their place, it is very old and rundown. The doors that protect the unit are made of cardboard or similar but cheaply made. I turned in my spot this month and they still charged me the entire month, no explanation. I am very disappointed, they get an extra month from me and rent out the space, double win for them. Bad customer service, at least show some appreciation for years of loyalty a customer has given you. Watch out if you rent from them.

The problem I have with this place is their website and online payment system. It feels like every other month the thing has a glitch or does not work properly for a few days. I have been trying since Tuesday to use their system to make my monthly payment and continue to get the backend coding. It does not matter if I'm on a tablet or phone, their direct website link on a Google search or the link to their website through this Yelp page (Picture attached).

I've been doing business with this people for over a year-and-a-half the great to give you time to pay your stores they don't a rash you they have cameras and watch out for your stuff they keep everybody in line and everything is great to keep a clean elevators work everything works when you go to use it keep up the good work appreciate it

I was a customer of my previous storage facility for 15 years. I am moving out of that area and to this neighborhood, close to Let's Stor It on Brookhurst. Larger storage units are a bit harder to find right now, but they were willing to take my name and let me know when larger units became available. it all worked out... I am now a tenant here with 2 big storage units. The process was simple and painless and I think the price is fair. Everyone has been professional, helpful and courteous and all transactions have been Covid-safe. Thanks to Let's Stor It for making things simple and getting things done!

I paid my storage on July 7th and I came all the way from Los Angeles to get stuff out of it and there is a second lock on my storage. They're idiots and obviously don't know what they're doing.

They have a restroom for their customers. Reasonable rates. Seems to have decent security. I'm happy with my choice.

Friendly. Renting process is a little slow but I think it's because of the contactless process. Rates are very affordable.

Price is very reasonable, staff is always friendly and professional, close to the freeway, easy access with a massive gate, place is well maintained and very clean, bathroom on the premises. Place feels safe and secure. I highly recommend them.
