There is a rat infestation and I saw rat poop all over all the snacks at the front checkout area. Disgusting.

No one showed up for over 20 minutes at the pick-up area so I found the items on my own, purchased them and left the store. I soon got a text saying I picked up my order when I didn’t because no one came to help me. Instead of canceling my order, they tried to continue to take my money after their failure. I would be careful shopping here.

The worker at Lowe's was helpful and fast. I didn't have to wait for her to give me the information that I needed. She explained everything very clearly and helped me get my new refrigerator delivered and installed. The delivery guy's were also on top of everything. The guy made sure my refrigerator was working properly and it was where I wanted it. All around it was a non hassle great experience. Thank you Lowe's I will definitely be back.

No help at all. Needed help getting a 130 lbs. workbench of the shelf. Went to customer service, 2 guys and a lady sitting around doing nothing. "We'll call some one" The "customer service" didn't care. I waited but nobody came. Monday 05/27 at 6 pm.
A week earlier I needed some tape for a box that was opened, the FIFTH (!!) staff member I asked finally gave me some tape.
When I go to Home depot I don't have to look for help, staff at HD is always offering to help.
