My question is why do they have outlets for chargers however they never work makes no sense. Why have a restroom that never work always dirty or flooded. A lot of the dryer don't even work. This place has some serious work that needs to be fixed

Laundry Card System sucks!!!!Had a balance of $3.00 (good enough for drying a load) and dryer machine didn’t accepted due to “low balance “, “add more value “. Are you kidding me!I usually spend $10 on laundry and at this place, I spend the double, $20 bc of their “laundry card system “First and last time in here. Indeed!!!!

its hot out, i went in needing fluff and fold service, said it's my first time and asking if i should bring my laundry in. they say yes. after hauling it all in they tell me they don't work weekends and have more important customers so i wouldn't get my clothes back UNTIL WEDNESDAY (its friday). maybe idk try paying people more than $3/hr so they'll work weekends you cheap jerks

This review is for the location on College near Baker in Costa Mesa. This laundromat is beautiful! Looks like all new Electrolux washers and dryers. You have to buy a card and the price per washer and dryer is a little more than $3.00. The dryers are a set time at 24 minutes. They have attendants a guy and a woman. Woman was very helpful, guy not so much. Only down side is there are NO signs to tell you what size load(s) can go in washers. Smaller ones are in front, larger in back. I think it's 2 load and 4 load?? Couches for seating while you wait. Plenty of tables for folding laundry. No machine to buy products, so bring everything you need. But Target and Sprouts are just down the street.

It was very bad my laundry was stuck in a machine there was no one working and it was very inconvenient also the place is very dirty my advice is that no one should go to this Laundromat . This was the first time I went to the laundromat. Going there was disappointing. Because no employee there to help customers . I called the emergency number several times, but no one answered. After a while, I received a message, someone texted me, but the problem was not resolved. This is not excuse you tell me l close it wrong why another washer machine door open and close easily.

Clean inside and out of the laundry drums don't smell like mold or anything. But what sucks is that there's no working attendance there at all and I don't think they buy back their laundry card like they use too.. but I wouldn't know that 100%cause there's never anyone there during the day time it seems

Have to give a 1 star review because their posted hours both on their website and on their establishment wall state they're open yet nobody is located at the location. Don't waste your time on these guys. Find somewhere else.

Today will be my last time in this place. I've been coming here since 2018 and never had issues. The place looks great and the pay system is awesome accepting cards and cash to load. After going thru past reviews I've noticed that the same issues brought up from past guest have not yet been addressed. Bums still hang out here early or night and I've personally seen drug dealing taking place inside while washing clothes at night. What sets this place off from others is their parking lot is clean and not as busy so you'll find parking for sure. But let's continue to the changes I've noted the last three trips here. I noticed that they've removed laundry carts so now they only have 5 you either have to snatch one from someone or hold on to it. Most of the time the big washers and dryers are being used by the laundry attendants since they don't have their personal machines for inhouse service so you're stuck using more smaller washers while they benefit from it since you're paying more now. Their machines are starting to have more issues and breaking down doors not locking and I've lost out on 3 different washers and a few dryers that didn't dry at all but going back to a review from a past visitor yes there was no attendant to help so I used another machine and no way to prove what happened I lost out. I've posted photos of my last visit to show I'm not just writing a BS review because I want to. My first review was a 5 star but I no longer feel its worth a 5 star.

This place was filthy!! Most of their washers and dryers are out of services. The only pro is that the last load is at 10:30 which is the only reason we didn't read the reviews before coming. Washers look dirty and they are very pricey for not being up-kept.

This laundromat would be great if the machines actually worked. So many have been down for MONTHS with no change in sight. Right now, the count is 7 broken washing machines and 8 broken dryers. Sometimes it gets difficult to wash and dry everything because there aren't enough working machines for everyone. It also seems like it's not maintained frequently enough (overflowing trash bins, no paper towels at the joke of a sink). If they took more pride in this place it would be easy to recommend it.

Best customer service I’ve received at a laundromat! Today was my first time coming here and I unfortunately had an issue with the laundry card system. I put $5 in and there is a $1 fee for a new card-that can be reimbursed-and I attempted to rescan to register it but the machine kept telling me that the card didn’t exist. I then tried the washing machines themselves and it still didn’t work. I read one of the signs inside saying to push the button on the Ring doorbell if any further assistance is needed, so I did. Immediately someone was there to happily assist me, get me a new card with $5 through the machine and walk me through the process. I really appreciate the help, thank you so much! Outstanding customer service

Had a huge rat running around inside this place. Then every single dryer was stopping and flashing E15 and had to run 2 loads and the dryer wasn’t even full or heavy. Lots of homeless inside and outside. No one there to manage store. And not to mention very expensive. Will not be coming back
