The pet-friendly apartments come in studio, 1, or 2-bedroom options, equipped with designer appliances, walk-in closets, central heating and air conditioning, and private patios or balconies. While many residents appreciate the helpful maintenance and customer service, there are concerns about the online rent payment process, which has led to late fees and confusion over water bill charges. Additionally, some residents express the need for better management of shared spaces like laundry facilities and common bathrooms. Despite these issues, many find Madison Park a great community to live in, valuing the support from staff and overall living experience.
Just recently moved in, we were helped by Maggie in the leasing office, and her great associates to find the right apartment. We had a quite timely move in, with little to no issues. So far, we’re very much enjoying the community complex .
