Sunday morning 4/14, The staff working in the morning are so rude. Went in drive through and the guy that took our order mumbled and we couldn't understand him very well. we told him what wanted. Get to the window told him we wanted to use a code and he told us he couldn't do it anymore but yet he was able to add something else to the order very rudely very argumentative for someone who's supposed to be there to service the public. When we get to the second window to pick up the order of the girl there was even worse

Slow and unprepared. The manager may be understaffed because you have to wait over 15 minutes for food.

The staff is mostly friendly, but there's one lady who's really bad at math and most definitely can't run a marathon. Hopefully some rich guy marries this battle axe soon, so she doesn't have to work here anymore.

One of the rudest McDonald's I've ever been. The manager said I could order at the counter so I wait in line get to the cashier she said do u have an order I said no I'm ordering with and she was like go order at kiosk then. Thats the way to greet and treat your customers.If you hate your job that much maybe quit.

Excellent customer service! This person, Lorraine, is very patient, nice, and respectful. We need more of this employee in McDonald's. Because of her, I will continue to support this McDonald's location. Please give her a raise!!!! A+++

This franchise gave my card to the wrong customer. I had to fight to get a refund for the food we purchased because of this. The manager on site was as helpful as I believe he could have been, for what was a terribly awkward and serious situationThat being said. I had the. Reached out to Mc Donalds via their app. I got a standard email back saying they had sent the issue up to the Franchise owner. We heard nothing back.This mistake cost us money and time. We had to cancel that card as well as change a whole bunch of billing that card was tied to. We had to purchase a new card. We had to spend time setting up all our accounts again. I understand mistakes can happen but this was a BIG mistake and was offered NOTHING to make up for this issue. We didn't even get a reply

Ordered a Large fry, and when I got them they didn't even look cooked. Threw them in the toaster oven when I got home.

went to pick up breakfast for me and my kid through the drive-thru, I was happy to have gotten our food when I got to the window, I was aked to pull up to the park space, it took almost 20 minutes to get the coffee frappe drinks(2 small). I had to call to ask about the drinks.

I was craving McDonald's all day so I was finally able to go towards the night. I ordered a McDouble and the 4pc McNuggets along with a Large side of fries. All three items were COLD. The bottom bun was hard on the edges. The fries were old, dark, and with little salt. And I only got 3 nuggets instead of 4. I was so upset. Never going back to this location.

The issue with the French fries of not being half full in both large and medium sizes is ridiculous! Made an online curbside oder just right now, and I went back inside to the location to inform them of the fries issue, the " manager" told me how long I made the oder because when the fries sit for a while, they tend to go to the bottom of the "container." I show her my phone with the information of the oder . The oder was made 4 minutes ago and handed to me about 1 minute ago! They filled the fries again and told me that was the most they filled them. $4 for large fries that aren't filled all the way ARENT worth it for they look more medium size fries because of the emptiness. The picture provided is when the manager gave me the french fries back and still not fully full still like half full.

Came in the afternoon, we were in the drive thru so we couldn't speak on the atmosphere. Made the cashier wait for us to take a look at the menu. Hey, you never know if a new item came in! Then we made her wait AGAIN to pay. My phone died and I had to use Google pay ( thank you son for losing my debit card ?) quick service and friendly cashier and second window service ( not sure what their title is tbh) . The only issue here was we ate in our vehicle and the local people by 7levaes etc had staring problems and were super nosy like they never saw a person eat in their car before ?♀️
