Bea help me to fix my accounts and canceled a line.In other store they made me buy a phone because they said can't do upgrade with my same number. She reduced the prices. They put a higher plan and add a tablet that I didn't want to. Come this store. All of they are so kind and helpful.

I have been coming to this Metro for years .They are the most helpful and friendly employees that don't act bothered when you come in the store like the other metro a few blocks away . They have gotten me the best deals when other places never mentioned that deal was going on . Also they tell me when something is not right for me and go a different way even if it means they loose a few bucks cuz they showed me a cheaper way to set up new lines. In the past , Joel has been super good to me last few years explaining the product and answering all my dumb questions and yesterday he and Bo helped and we're so awesome Best metro in the O.C for sure. Joel and Bo are great

This is an AWESOME METRO FRANCHISE store. Located on the north-west corner of S. Anaheim Blvd and Ball Road, next to Waba Grill. Walmart is across the street on the same corner. The core people here are Bo, the owner, and Joel, the habla espanol technical whiz. The other staff are good too - they are all good. They operate in the utmost good faith and give really great service to resolve your phone or account issues. I first came here about a year ago after growing frustration over 10 years with the regular T-Mobile. Metro operate separately to T-Mobile, have their own customer service, and are much better in my experience. If you are weary of T-Mobile, or other phone carriers, I highly recommend trying Metro and trying this Metro store. You still get the T-Mobile Tuesday deals. Metro also have the $30 low income phone bill monthly subsidy while T-Mobile does not.
