I visited this Metro PCS location and had a disappointing experience. The customer service didn't meet my expectations. Moreover, I wasn't treated the way I hoped. Based on this experience I had, I would suggest visiting a different location for better service.

I was having issues with my phone. I decided to go in store because customer service over the phone was not helpful. Gigi helped me out, she was awesome, had my phone fixed in 2 minutes. Thank you very much! Saved me alot of time

Worst place to buy a phone .they sold me a phone with virus. And they did do anything for me. No exchange,no refund..NOTHING. do not go to this metro store .they ended up kicking me out,and screaming. Say no to this metro store. Thank you ..

I had messed up my phone so bad and needed technical help. A lady named Stephanie took the time to get my phone straightened out. Her patients with me was so much appreciated. I needed to go back in to find out some things about my phone, a lady named Jasmine helped me out. Very nice lady. Even though the store isn't the closest to where I live, this is where I will be coming from now on. Thank you!

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!!! I went in there looking to buy the Samsung Galaxy A35, which was listed as $0.00 if you transfer your number over from a different carrier. I was IMMEDIATELY given a price of $250.00 When I asked why it was so high when the phone was supposedly free, I was told you have to be with your previous carrier for at least 6 months to get that deal. (I called Metro By T-Mobile's customer service line as well as T-Mobile's Headquarters, and both of them told me they had no idea what I was talking about and that's not a real thing nor has it ever been a real thing!) So the guy (Called Z) at the store lied to me! Then he sold me a lesser model (Samsung Galaxy A15), which was also listed as $0.00 with a number transfer, and I walked out of the store with that one for $180.00 total. They throw in extra charges like activation, SIM card fee, phone case, screen protector, etc. I filed a complaint with the corporate office regarding this stores business tactics and was told that someone would be following up with me regarding this whole debacle.

If you don't mind feeling like you walked into a weed dispensary for a cell phone, great place. The girl that helped me had no idea what she was doing. I went in to update my payment because my card was about to expire and darn near paid for 4 months. I hate that this is really the only Metro location in my area. I avoid this place as much as possible.
