i have just switched 4 lines from spectrum to Metro By T-Mobile and got 4 free phones the staff at this locations was awesome and very helpfully highly recommend, i went to the corporate office and was going do that there but the staff wanted me to get all my account number and pin # by my self came in here and they got everything for me and there price was cheaper then the corporate and they give me free cases. thanks for the awesome service Moe

Everyone is so clueless about the promotions Metro has. I don’t think all the employees here have a proper training on what promotions they should be offering and tell you things that are not correct. The multiple times I have been here they still ask each other if such promotion is in effect or if I’m wrong. Also, avoid paying extra money and go to the corporate store that is by Lemon St. and Orangethorpe Ave. This store will charge you extra for activation and give you the wrong information. No wonder a lot of people get discouraged to switch to Metro as they come here to get the wrong information. If you to the corporate store they will be of better help and give you a better service. The price you see on the Metro Website is the price you pay at that store. This is the address of the corporate store 205 E Orangethorpe AveFullerton, CA 92832.

**NO HELP** from ALONDRA (not sure if new employee but no costumer service whatsoever) This is my go to store and everyone has been on top of the service until today. Alondra made no effort to help with the help I need it, I wanted to pay my phone bill but make changes on my account. Knowing the history of payments and location where I opened the account I believe she could of being a little more flexible. I could of answer my security questions and password for the account to verify the ownership instead she didn't explain what I need it to do for me to proceed with the changes. I didn't have line so that was why I needed to make the payment. I went online and I didn't know I could get and extension for 2 day on the payment. This will allow for me to call costumer support and make the changes I need. I really believe you need to take care of your costumers a little better. Now I think I will just do payments online for now. UNHAPPY COSTUMER

best metro by T-mobile in Anaheim i ported my numbers from sprint and got 4 free Samsung J7 they also gave me free cases and screen protectors, love this store its on ball rd and Euclid St right next to 7 eleven highly recommended
