I take back what I said about toyota of Anaheim, it was amazing years ago but now they have greedy people working there. I went in to purchase my car from leasing it and I dealt with Lupe Peral. Then I had to deal with another man, named Rufus Keller, who made me feel uncomfortable. I told Lupe I did not want to work with him and she proceeded to tell me that someone else will come then but instead of that, he came back again and she told him what I said because because when he came back he made an interesting remake "are you ok for me to continue working with you". I gave her a look and knew she had told him something. Lupe is childish and he is also. He also added KARR insurance that I never asked for. Which added another 3k to my bill. I found out that that was optional because Carlos helped me with the ending process and paperwork. He said "good thing you chose to add KARR that was a smart move", uhhh I told him no I didn't but by then the paperwork was already signed. Lupe and Rufus are the reason why I will not be coming here again. Toyota of Orange is better and has better customer services and sales people that actually care. Never stepping foot here again.

I received maintenance for my 2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid. My customer representative, Jose Villa, was quick, professional, and very helpful. While there was an issue in communication, he was not responsible for it but was honest in what happened. I highly recommend this individual for his work ethic, dedication, honesty, and speed.

No longer Miller of Anaheim! Did Miller get fired? JK! All jokes aside, I don't know when they changed the name but I do know that they've changed in the last year or so. Toyota of Anaheim has made some changes along with their name. First, they have become more automated. They started using text messaging and email to address repair authorizations while you're away. I usually drop off the vehicle and take a shuttle to my sister's since she lives within the 10 mile radius for shuttle service.All the service agents as a whole were attentive and courteous. However, the service is always more pricier at a dealership. So, you really need to pick and choose what type of service you get. I normally get a print out and do my research. I call around for a price check and see what the going price is. If the price is comparable at the dealership, I usually get it repaired there. It's only logical as it would be genuine Toyota parts. Oh, and don't forget to check your emails for coupons or deals!

I was in the market for a used vehicle but my budget was tight and my preferences were very specific. I had just moved to California and I had a somewhat complicated situation. After going through a few dealerships that were so aggressive and won't let me leave, it was a breathe of fresh air when I met Antonio Garcia at this dealership. He actually cared about my situation and despite knowing that he most likely will not make a sale with me (due to lack of used EV inventory in my price range), he still treated me like a friend and showed me around. When he found out that I knew how to drive stick, he even offered and allowed me to drive a 6-speed just for fun! It was a great experience and I will definitely remember this the next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle.

My family and I just bought a Tesla Model Y from this dealership.Fernando was great with timely communication throughout the process as well as checking in on me the day of the deal even though he wasn’t able to be there in person.The customer service and experience from Johnny (finance manager) and Adrian were AMAZING!They truly walk us through everything very smoothly.Definitely will recommend.5 stars

I’ve never left a review before, but after my experience with parts and services yesterday, I’m certain I am not the only person who was lied to and given the run around by a department for 7 hours without any work being accomplished.I brought my 2023 4Runner (purchased new 3 weeks ago) in because both key fobs disaffiliated from the vehicle. Their computer assessment determined that the key fobs were not synced to the vehicle due to aftermarket parts installed (I installed raptor lights the first week I purchased the vehicle, the key fobs stopped working two weeks later, 3 days AFTER the fobs stopped working I upgraded the stereo speakers because I already had a paid appointment). Toyota or Anaheim Parts and Services refused to reprogram the key fobs and vehicle because of the existence of stereo wire and a 10amp light fuse. They refused to merely unplug them from the power source and then try to program because “we can’t guarantee the work.” I’m not looking for a guarantee, I’m looking for an attempt to fix my 3 week old 4Runner, after 7 hours of dodging my questions, failing to return calls, lying about the location of my service manager twice, and then ultimately refusing to attempt a simple synchronizing of a vehicle with its key fobs.I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle to a different Toyota dealership for services, as this one was just a bunch of clowns.

My service man always takes care of me great discounts for the upkeep of my car they provided an Uber to take me home and back to the dealer when the car was done. Very professional and great service. ,You should try taking your car there you'll love it!

I had been searching specifically for a Toyota Prius for multiple months. I visited many Toyota dealerships during this time. Many of the dealerships had high markup prices except for Toyota of Anaheim— no markup!Ashley L. was my sales specialist. During the process of my search she always answered my phone calls and promptly replied to my emails month after month! She was patient with me, helped me with the process of preordering my vehicle and gave me updates up to the date of arrival.Day of vehicle arrival: At the dealership there were complimentary water bottles, cup of noodles and lots of seating in the waiting area. Ashley helped me throughout the whole process, and filed all the paperwork. Adrian showed us the vehicle giving us many details about it, he also made sure the vehicle was fully ready, contacting difference staff members to make sure the final touches to the car were done— tire caps, wash and full tank of gas! Javier helped with the loan terms explaining all the details and answers all of my questions.Buying a car for the first timecan be an overwhelming process but coming to this location definitely helped make it a pleasant experience! My recent visit to Toyota of Anaheim was marked by dissatisfaction and frustration. I brought in my 1999 Toyota 4Runner for a factory service and a full point inspection. I had high hopes for a positive experience and was confident that this was the right place to bring in my car for a full diagnostic report to improve its lifespan, durability, and performance. However, my expectations were not met.Issues:1). Inconsistency and Delays: The promised completion dates were inconsistent, leading to 6 days without my car and disruptions to my schedule. This caused me a great deal of inconvenience, having to lyft everywhere, ask for rides, and caused me complications getting to work.2). Overcharging: I felt swindled and overcharged for services. Local feedback confirmed I could have paid significantly less at other auto repair shops. I received criticism from auto technicians for overpaying significantly. I could have just financed for a new car, honestly, other than paying $7,000 for upgrades and repair. 3). Unethical Tactics: The sales tactics used by Youbert, my service consultant, and later by Rico, were manipulative and deceitful, creating a false sense of urgency and pressure during the negotiation process. I felt like I had to make a quick decision and had no time to think. They consistently used pressure tactics, insisting and never accepting "no" for an answer. Our discussions revolved around their persistent advice and pressure to have my car serviced right away, since my vehicle was already in the shop and I was facing an imminent risk If I don't have it serviced, which was not the case. I felt taken advantage of and this leads me to wonder if this type of manipulation and pressure is supported by the principles, mission, and integrity of the salespersons here at Toyota of Anaheim. 4). Results and Lack of Genuine Customer Service: After paying a significant amount of money ($7,000+), my car failed to start a few days later, adding to my frustration. Rico insisted on a $100 inspection fee, on top of the $7k I just paid the previous week. The lack of genuine customer service, transparency, and trust at Toyota of Anaheim left me feeling deceived and upset. My car still encounters issues, and I doubt that the necessary job was performed correctly.5). Disregard for Customer's Financial well- being: It feels like I'm in shark- infested waters every time I visit. It is disheartening to feel like my genuine interests and financial well being were disregarded in favor of closing a deal and earning commission. I don't feel like a rightful customer, and I felt like just another commission opportunity. Overall, the lack of genuine customer service, transparency, and trust at Toyota of Anaheim left me feeling dissatisfied and upset. I hope my feedback is taken seriously, and I urge the dealership to reflect on these matters and re-assess its sales and tactics approach, especially for first- time customers. I hope that appropriate measures will be taken to improve the customer experience and prevent such issues in the future.

We could not be more pleased with our new Tacoma TRD Off-road and all of the beautiful upgrades! Never really leave reviews on dealerships but this dealership here is amazing they helped me out so much I wanna give a great thanks to Adrian, Victor and the sales manager for everything got my dream car as a trade in with a previous car I still had to make payments too. They don’t add in additional things such as warranty, and maintenance without your permission. Felt welcomed by the whole team. So thank you once again!

This has been our third deal made at this dealer with such amazing people, to mention a few Francis, Edgar, Johnny, Najera, etc. A special acknowledgment to Francis and Edgar for always keep us up to date on info and over all helping us achieve these three deals. Hopefully we’ll be making it a 4th soon! 5 star customer service the best in all of Orange County!!
