We are from AZ and unfortunately our drive to San Diego ended with a flat tire. We came to this location and without hesitation Joe was quick to help us patch it up and hold it while we continued our journey to Disneyland. We came back and Anthony had it mounted. Customer service is up and beyond here!! They just gained a customer from their next door neighbor AZ. So very grateful and thankful for their service!!!!!! I was beyond speechless to see how quickly they jumped to help us. Now we know where to go if we end up with another flat, hopefully not too soon lol

My car had a flat tire and it took them 10 minutes to fix it but they told me it would take 3 hours . I had an emergency but they treated me very rudely and I had to leave their place. They don't serve people properly.

I had a fantastic experience at Discount Tire, in Anaheim thanks to Joe! I stopped in before they were closing for a tire puncture repair, and Joe was incredibly helpful and understanding.
The service was honest, friendly, and top-notch. It’s rare to find a place that treats you with this level of care and respect, and Joe truly went above and beyond. I’ll absolutely be coming back for any future tire needs. Highly recommend!

I have been to plenty of places for car maintenance but this place by far has been the most helpful and friendly environment. The mechanics really inspect your vehicle and make sure everything is working efficiently. I came for an oil change and my back light to be changed. Joe and his team was so quick and friendly. I can’t wait to come back again for any future maintenance :)

Had a leak on one of my tires that couldn’t be repaired. Manager Joe was able to get the tire that I needed for my truck and replace on the same day. Great service!!!

Discount Tire #50 is incredible ! They've done great work for me , my daughters , father and friends that I've sent for service ! I went for an oil change and they did it for free for Veterans Day !
I called other well known oil shops and none offered a totally free oil change ! I must Salute their professional service and gift to Vets !

Joe is a phenomenal manager, and a great leader! He was fully booked the morning I came in for an oil change and alignment, he didn’t turn me away or asked me to comeback at a later time he made it happen. Glad to be at discount, at it will always be my go to for tires or service.
