Eli was a great waiter. He was very attentive and helpful. He made us feel very welcome through our time while eating there. The food was very good and dessert even better. Well worth going to this place.

I had reservations at 4:15 on Sunday to Celebrate My birthday, walk in the door it smelled like a sewage and I started feeling sick to my stomach, I asked the host at the front desk what is that terrible smell, she said the drainage system, but the smell will soon go away.On the way to the restaurant, I started looking on the website menu, so I could know what to order, when the waiter came to the table, I ordered my food and he said they didn't have what I asked for on the restaurant menu, but it was on the website, after then I called the Manager over to the table and asked him for certain Items I saw on the website and he said they haven't had that in a year, and he wasgoing to make sure the website was updated, The waiter took the orders and we had to keep looking for him for water, tea, and soda to be refill. After dinner he came with the bill, never asked if we wanted dessert, so my husband told him the decorations in on this table and it's a birthday celebration he said oh, what do you want for dessert, the manager never came back to the table, to see how are food was are anything.Very poor customer service from start to finish and waiter and Mangers need more training,The worst birthday celebration.

The BEST lobster macaroni and cheese and, of course, the meats. Onion soup was also good. Cesar salad lacked dressing, and croutons lacked taste, I will not order again. Wait at the table to start service too long :/

Came here to celebrate our anniversary dinner. Valet is really easy to access or there is self parking available also. I recommend valet, guys working are great. We had a reservation and were seated rather quickly even though arriving early. Our waitress was so sweet and polite. We order the tomahawk ribeye and was good enough to share for 2 with sides also. We tried the margarita cocktail and it was really good. We also had the Mojito and it was delicious, very strong! For desert we had the Morton's chocolate cake and it was delicious!! Definitely recommend the dessert. Tomahawk steak was good 8/10 but my favorite was the Gouda bacon gratin potatoes!! Lobster Mac n cheese was alright, to expensive for what you get in my opinion. Brussels sprouts were good a tad over cooked. Overall our waitress made our dinner very pleasant. We had a great time at Morton's!

Very sorry to write this, as it's been after long thought, so here goes. Worst experience on Christmas night with family. I can't believe we paid w tip about $400 to be treated like trash and have the worst cold sub par food ever. Only thing good was the bread we received 45 min later after still waiting for meal. Our waiter was so rude and condescending and was argumentative when we asked where our food was after waiting patiently for almost 1 hour. Management was so embarrassed and seemed disappointed and discouraged.. as if there was nothing he / she could do . We also saw other tables complaining around us. My 20 year old daughter was crying because the whole dinner was ruined. We all work hard,- dressed up and were looking forward to our Christmas dinner together.. :/ It's unfortunate to experience rude behavior from a miserable server and have that combined w food that should never be plated is tragic. :(

Had such a great time here as a surprise birthday treat, The bone in Ribeye is the most perfect melt in your mouth steak I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned. Perfectly cooked! I couldn't help going back to the creamed spinach and potatoes too. I can't say enough good things about the staff also. Our server was the sweetest and the host was such a joy to talk to. I would love to come back to Morton's again!

I don't usually review restaurants because who needs another essay about steak? The food was great but that's not why I'm writing. It was the service that impressed me the most. Our waiter, Kyle, took ample time to answer our questions, make excellent suggestions for wine and assure that we had a love experience. He was professional, efficient and personable. As a matter of fact, every server that we spoke with was courteous. The ambiance is lovely. Spacious dining area. You'll need reservations unless you are open to eating in the bar. The bar has a few nice tables, too. And yes, the steak was delicious. So was the creamed spinach and fries!

Service was slow. Food ordered was delivered to the wrong people. Waiter poured one variety of red wine into my glass that still had a different variety. Waiter poured freshly uncorked wine into glasses without sample test to see if it was good. Waiter overfilled water spilling onto table. Food was excellent.

Last Friday, I made reservations to treat my wife for her birthday. We ordered two steaks, cajun ribeye for my wife and filet for myself with two bacon wrapped scallops. The server convinced us to get a side of butter and garlic for the steaks. He told us it wasn't on the menu, but highly recommended. Therefore we did. As the food came, out my wife's steak was not medium rare (well done). We told the server and all he did was said I am sorry. I also told him the scallops were fishy smelling and they were not warm. He again said, sorry. There was no remedy to fix our food. As we received the bill of $262.00 with tip, $300 (yikes), I noticed the corking fee was $35.00 and the highly recommended butter and garlic for each steak was $7.00 each (really?). I felt that I bought a new car with lots of up-sales. Not a way to keep customers coming back. We will not return. Ambience was amazing, but the food lack luster.

Allow me to recount an extraordinary dining experience at Morton’s steakhouse where exceptional service and exquisite cuisine came together to create unforgettable memories. Although we were not dressed to impress, we felt welcomed and appreciated. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that we were in for a treat. The service was nothing short of exemplary, with every member of the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. As for the food, it was truly a feast for the senses. Each dish was prepared to perfection, showcasing the skill and expertise of the culinary team. From succulent salmon to decadent sides, every bite was a delight.Of course, the cocktails were exceptional.A special shoutout is owed to the manager, whose attentive care made our evening truly special. Their dedication to ensuring that our daughter’s cheerleading competition was a memorable experience did not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for their hospitality.
