“Yesterday, Jesus (lead tech), Hector, Elpidio, Angel and Donald from your company returned our belongings and furniture that had been stored with Complete Contents Recovery for several months. (The company stored these items back in May after we experienced a major hot water leak on the entire first floor of our home.) These workers were professional, patient and extremely courteous and did an exceptional, orderly / organized, efficient, clean and neat job of placing the furniture where we asked them to, unpacking the many boxes and putting our belongings in their original, proper place, several of which were difficult to reach. They were cautious with everything, did not damage anything and took special precautions to avoid scuffing our newly-painted walls and stained baseboards. We thought it would take two days to complete the job - there was a lot of stuff - but these fellows finished in only one day. They truly knew what they were doing. Jake & Betty Belin”

“The guys at Empire PS Moving were fantastic! They hustled, even though they were being paid hourly, and were extremely careful with our belongings. They were able to make an extra stop as well, for a small fee. They were extremely careful in our brand new construction home as well, covering floors. I received a ton of quotes for local movers and their pricing was competitive. They were always very responsive and were on time. I would absolutely use them again and recommend.”

“Superb customer service! The manager is a gentleman of the first order who treats everyone with courtesy and respect. My unit is a drive up so no elevator and it has a 12 foot ceiling! They encouraged me put shelves in so I can get whatever I need without having to move something else! More than anything else, I feel safe. There are cameras, motion detectors, and license plate readers so someone is always keeping an eye the place. Stor-Mor gives me Peace of Mind because I know that my stuff is secure, management is trustworthy, and owner wants nothing more from me than the rent. I found out that for security they check every lock in the facility twice each day. When my door was not properly locked the Manager called to warn me and insist that I return to fix the problem. Because I own a business I get a 5% discount and 24 hour access, while most have 6:00am to 7:00pm access. It takes me only two minutes to get on the 91 freeway from my unit and that gets me everywhere else without being stopped at red lights on surface streets.”

From the get go, (1) Excellent communications (2) expectations set (3) confirmations the day before and week before (4) fast responses to requests for boxes and extra screen bags and (5) ORGANIZED! Ron himself came and met with us for about 30 minutes to discuss a quote and our needs/etc. Very personable and you can tell he cares.
The day of our move was incredibly smooth and easy. These guys tear down, put back together, and also hang up artwork/decor. They were incredibly careful and absolutely the definition of professionalism. We moved an office of 9 bays and 9 offices. These are our guys and would use again! 10/10 do recommend!”
