Horrible customer service went in to pick up an online order today and the manager told me the order didn't exist. So I called corporate office to figure out what happened because the manager couldn't figure it out . I was told by corporate that the order had already been picked up meaning they gave it to the wrong customer. If your looking for this experience just ask the old grumpy manager . The manager should be able to use a computer for such a position

People here like Mr.Joe, Glen and Ivan are very friendly. Always helpful and you can not go wrong with what you need. They are honest and will guide you the best way to decide on what to get. Good customer service is not something easy to provide if you do not care. I highly recommend Napa at La Palma being the best auto store for me in OC. Prices are great and their warranty is also fantastic.Joe is very pleasant and patient. Knows how to listen and will take time to understand what you need to buy and then he tell you the right way to know what you are actually buying. Some people they just want to make business this store knows how to care for their clients.#Outstanding service#

They sold me the wrong trailer hitch even though I made clear for which car and model I needed the hitch for. They then refused the return because I left the box, which was twice the size of the actual trailer hitch, at the store at the time of pickup.

We used to buy antifreeze from Anaheim Napa auto. I I tried return unused antifreeze with receipt but was declined by store manager Frank. So I contacted the district manager but he just brushed me off saying whatever Frank says. Horrible service will never buy anything ever again from this company

It is true about the emotes being the face of the the company. Today, xmas eve, I was installing brakes. I called and the employee told me he had the pads in stock. I went and saw one employee on the phone helping a customer. The other, with his hands in his hoodie pockets. I told him I was there to pick up the parts. He (frank) pointed and didn't say anything. I asked him if he could double check them. He said it wasn't his job. I was taken back by his response. I told him it was obvious he didn't want to help. The other employee finished his call and helped me out. He also researched it on the computer. Going above and beyond. Turns out it was the wrong part. Thank you to this employee for double checking. I told the other employee to learn from his coworker on customer service. He said whatever. I told hi. I would call the store manager, to which he said go ahead its Christmas. Mocking me and without a care. He was extremely rude and attempting to get a reaction. he said you have a great Christmas as he laughed. Napa you lost a customer because of this emoyee.
