I was in line with my family I left to use the restroom and soon as I returned they didn’t let me return to my family. Home of family and dreams, yeah right, Supposedly. The staff here are so rude and miserable it’s funny.

Off the Page animation shop is CA adventure's novelty name to Wonderground gallery in downtown Disney. Inside is a vast array of Disney prints, books, and other souvenirs. They have two animator's desks set up and you can watch at least one of them in action if you happen to go there at the right time. You can also look through a book and have a special drawing or painting made just for you for a pretty pricey fee but they are great works. You would pay in advance and then come back at the designated pickup time.As I was browsing through the various prints I came across a beautiful 14 x18 of Winnie the Pooh surrounded by all his friends. I knew I had to have it for my best friend. The print had white matting around it.When I went to purchase it the lady asked me if I wanted it in bubble wrap to protect it or have it shipped.I declined thinking I could fit it in the front of my suitcase and that did work. Had it not, then I was told I could combine my purchases in a store in downtown Disney and have it sent from there. You can also purchase figurines, jewelry, watch bands, and trading pins here.My girlfriend was thrilled to get this print since she had never seen anything like it before. This is a great shop if you love the art of animation since it is at the exit of the Animation Academy.

First time visiting California Adventure and this shop. Love the unique items as I am one who likes things you can't find at every chain store. The cast member Lace who helped us was very friendly. We purchased a large and in my opinion expensive Nightmare Before Christmas figurine. I saw only the display model on the shelf and she was very quick to check the back of the store for another one. Luckily for us there was one more available. She opened the box and thoroughly inspected the item for any damage. She then carefully put it back in the box and sealed it. Was very grateful they were able to hold the item there for the day while we enjoyed the park as the box was very big. From my experience here I would highly recommend this shop if you are visiting California Adventure.

We purchased two character sketches here and the experience was absolutely fantastic. We got to talk with the artist to customize our sketches and the final result was beautiful. I can't wait to give the sketch to my daughter as a gift. It's of her favorite character, in her favorite color, drawn by a real Disney artist.

5 stars only if you are an extremely serious Disney collector. For everyone else, it’s a neat place to look around and cool off on a hot day but not much else. There are lots of pricey Disney pieces (like a $1,400 hand-carved ancient wood Pinocchio). Most of the pieces are sketches, many admittedly well-done but not something I would personally drop hundreds of dollars on (though I would if I displayed Disney pieces in my house). Less expensive items include cookbooks, souvenir coins, phone cases, and pins.

I love the items in the store. Really irritating to be in the store and being followed around the whole time. Even asked the guy why. Asked if he had 2021 xmas ornaments and he didn't help. Found them myself...he acted surprised at checkout. Yep..we do have 55 bucks to spend on ornaments. Should spend more time learning what's in stock and stop profiling people.

While waiting for my friends to get into Disney California Adventure for our Tasting Event (A Touch of Disney), I decided to check out Off the Page. Off the Page is located in Hollywood Land across from Award Wieners. Whether you're an artsy person or not, Off the Page is worth checking out. COVID-19 Safety Procedures: Staffers wore facial masks, hand sanitizers are available and social distancing practiced. There is a good amount of people inside, but everyone kept their 6ft social distancing and masks on. There is an art gallery inside showcasing beautiful paintings, drawings, limited edition prints and/or collectibles, both on display and for purchasing. At the very back, there is a touch screen area that you check out to see what other drawings and paintings are available for purchase. On either side of the store, there are two drawing stations where you can see Disney artists sketching our their creations. However, due to COVID-19 and Disney being shutdown for over a year, the two drawing stations were closed. If not, it would have been interesting to see their sketches. Of course, there are tons of Disney and Precious Moments figurines to also check out and purchase too! Along with various Disney souvenirs and memorabilia, assorted charms, keychains, Christmas ornaments, jewelry, puzzles, books, movies and pins. There's even a Disney pressed penny collector machine inside (to your left) if you're into that as well. My eyes were immediately drawn to Beauty and the Beast's Rose Snow Global...but at $70, it's just beautiful admiring it as well, lol! Service: I didn't interact with the staff very much, but I was greeted upon entrance and after leaving the store. Overall, I enjoyed checking out Off the Page and should I want that Rose Snow Global while in Hollywood Land, I know where to go, hehe!

I love artsy things. I really appreciate that Disney provides us opportunities to expose ourselves to fine art and collectibles. There is a gallery in Downtown Disney, a gallery in on Main Street in Disneyland, and this gallery in DCA. On display and for purchase there are beautiful paintings, drawings and other miscellaneous pieces of art and collectibles. The items available in this store varies in prices so there is an appeal to many different individuals. There are two areas in the store where artist cast members are drawing. If you are fortunate to be present when the individuals are there, it's really interesting to watch them drawing and creating. These drawings are available for purchase at reasonable prices. There is a wide variety of art from different movies and shows. It's really amazing how artistic and creative people are. If the art you want is not available on the walls, there is a touch screen area where you can see what is available in general and you can order a piece if you find what you want there. Aside from the paintings and drawings, there are large figurine pieces to choose from as well. There are also jewelry options and watches in the store. There is some memorabilia to choose from. If you are thinking of a smaller purchase, there is also books, movies and pins to purchase as well. If you are a pressed penny collector, there is also one of those machines available in the store as well.

I'm so irritated at this store. I would think Disney would have the best customer service. Mind you they were not busy and a customer was already being helped on the register. I asked a gentleman if they had a bigger size and he had said no whatever they had out was all they had. So I asked if he could locate a store or can tell me which store would have it. He looked irritated, took the dress and went to the back. Came back maybe 2-3 min later and said no they didn't have it and that they were the only store who had it. Im frustrated and upset at this service because I went to another store to ask if they can locate an item that wasn't available for me and they said yes, just as long as the item was sold in their store they can locate where it is available. Never coming back to this location again.

Disney magic at its best, brilliant theme carried throughout the park, clean tidy and friendly helpful staff, only criticism is drinks and food are very expensive, considering this the original Disney park it doesn't show it's age.

I suggest to purchase a three day dual park ticket to see both parks at liesure. You will need atleast one day for Disney California Adventure and two days for Disneyland Park. In my view, Park Hopping ticket is not necessary.

My favorite store in California Adventure, chiefly for its focus on the art of animation (it's why Disney is famous, after all), but also its range of product, you'll find this in the Hollywood Land section of the park. There are figurines, Jim Shore offerings, books, graphic novels, home goods, art & other collectibles. I took home a Haunted Mansion medallion featuring Madame Leota & a parody of the stretching portraits, with Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas. Staff was helpful & friendly, also making sure that everything I bought was wrapped & packed well enough to survive the rest of my day in the park. This is really a must-do shop.

(Translated by Google) Splendid shop where you can enjoy and even buy a lot of what is collectible from the Disney world. From paintings to prints, from Christmas decorations to figurines, from Pandora jewelry to collector's watches. All this set and thematized in the usual splendid way Disney ...... to spend the day there.
