Sharing this as I was comfortable with coming here based on positive reviews. I was told that I needed my front brakes done, that I was "almost metal on metal". Being that I just had my brakes done not long ago and inspected the month before, I was surprised. I got a second opinion and no, I do NOT need my brakes replaced. I still have 70%, many thousands of miles to go. So I would caution customers, especially women coming alone: get a second opinion.
*Editing this review to add photos based on the response of "misunderstanding" from the business. I was told "you need brakes" and was shown and encouraged to take a picture, saying it was almost metal-on-metal. I feel this was with the expectation that I did not know what I was looking at. I hope the business can pay attention to this.

First time at One Way Auto and the staff was so friendly! Saturdays can be busy but the waiting room was big, clean, and had water and snacks for those who wait!

This shop is clean and tidy, enjoyed the complementary coffee and donut.
The customer lounge was welcoming and comfortable.
I went in for an oil change and it was a fair price especially in this economy.
Mark was kind and funny.
Overall great service and customer experience. Will definitely come here again and highly recommend this shop!

I went in to get a diagnosis on my car for a possible ABS system malfunction and their ability to check the problem on my vehicle was fast and efficient. I really appreciate the feedback they gave me on the car tips for my vehicle repairs as well. The customer service they provided was excellent and is a highly recommended place to come and check out.

This ship is clean and tidy.
The customer lounge was welcoming and comfortable.
I went in for an alignment in the afternoon and the service was quick and without any hassle.
Pricing was fair and the shop manager was knowledgeable about cars.
They pointed out issues that I had overlooked on my vehicle and I appreciated them informing me of how it can be repaired and the implications of it not being repaired.
Overall great service and customer experience. Will definitely come here again and highly recommend this shop!

2nd time here, gat told frame adjustments and alignment almost 500, car got in and out in 20 mins, they served 3 others told me 30 more mins, I spot my car outside this whole time, after all I've got called and told car is ready,
