I want to echo what other recent negative reviews have said. Giving two stars (instead of one) because the maintenance team is truly helpful and a great asset for the community, in my experience.
While some problems are the fault of community members (e.g. animal waste in hallways, slamming doors, etc.), it has been appalling to watch Park Viridian undergo “renovations” over the last ~six months. The gym has been gone for several months. It recently opened back up and, frankly, is barely different. Obviously it was cleaned, lighting seems better, etc., but there seems to only be a couple new machines and a little bit of extra space. I say “seems,” to clarify, because not even a week had the gym been back open until it was closed again for “construction purposes.” The gym is an important amenity to me, as is the jacuzzi, which recently received maintenance after being consistently out of order for several weeks. I went in after the maintenance was complete and received significant chlorine burns and lost the hair on my legs. Have not been back to the jacuzzi in over a month because I’m scared to see what condition it’s in.
Finally, I see photos of amenities that were removed to add more apartment units to the community posted on here by Park Viridian three weeks ago. This is false advertising, a misleading and wrongful business practice. Like others have said, I suspect the recent five star reviews to be faked. I have never heard a resident of this community give a five star rating in real life. There is much to be improved.

Chris Marlin was great! Very kind and professional. Our requests were met quickly and on time. Our washer was not working mid day, put the request in and he was here the next day to fix it, in less than 24 hours. Thank you Chris!

We have lived in a construction site with no guest parking or gym for months. The pool was closed during the summer for a period, the spa is closed now. The building is filled with urine stains on the carpets along the hallway, stinks of marijuana across the building and we have no on site management or presence. The building has deteriorated since we have lived here. We have been dealing with a neighbor keeping us up all night and no matter how many times we complain or call “security patrol” nothing changes. I’m ashamed to live here and looking forward to moving out after this year. The same people who live here with more cars than they have parking spots take the guest parking everyday; so we can not have family or friends ever visit. My own family stopped visiting because of the marijuana smell from the neighbors. We also had water damage/ ceiling leaking twice where we had to sleep in the guest room for over a month. I was so proud to live here 4 years ago, but now I’m embarrassed to be a resident at this location. Amenities not available; yet rent increases. What a lovely world. Additionally; my wedding suit was stolen from my front door and a resident was caught on camera stealing our Xmas tree last year; it’s a joke here. My wife and I work our tails off to pay rent and deserve better. The only positive I can think of is Ricky and Alonzo from maintenance and Chris and Kylie from the community team.

I miss when the building had Ricky as the main maintenance guy. Everything was working and he always helps out. Whenever he is working on the building or helping out for the day he gets things done quick. He cares for the well being of the community and residents. Ricky is the best!

Ricky has been my go-to maintenance guy. Anytime there’s maintenance request or if I have any questions, he’s always thorough with his explanation and always a willing helpful hand to fix anything that’s related to the apartment.
He’s very attentive and friendly, which explains why residents know him by name.

I had a very pleasant experience staying at Park Viridian Apartments! Never had any issues with neighbors or the property. Very family-friendly setting. I highly recommend Ricky with the maintenance team at Park Viridian, he was always very quick to attend to the minor maintenance requests needed.

If you enjoy hearing door slams all day, no amenities, no guest parking, out of service elevators and constant sound from the hallways then this is the place for you. You pay a premium price here and they offer nothing.

BEWARE! Your legal right to quiet enjoyment is completely violated at this complex, do not even bother renting here. There are far too many 5 star reviews recently without any explanation. That is not a reflection of this apartment, this place is far from 5 stars. Construction has been ongoing since before I moved in 4 months ago, and does not appear that it will end anytime soon. Elevator is NEVER working, forcing you to go out of your way to navigate the property daily. Neighbors are noisy and do not follow quiet hours, pets defecate in the hallways and howl all day when their owners leave them locked in the crates or on the patio, do not move here if you work from home. Signed a lease because the amenities looked great? Gym was completely gone for 3 months, and used as a breakroom for the other construction project. After 1 week of being open the gym doors are chained shut again. Fire alarms frequently go off for 'testing,' one day I was forced to leave and attend online class at a friends apartment because fire alarms were going off every 10 minutes from 10 am until the afternoon. Maintenance was in and out of my apartment 5+ times the first month of me living here due to the extensive issues I was experiencing, disrupting my online classes. You are entitled to a safe and secure property, parking gates are consistently broken, allowing anyone and everyone to enter as they please. You should be able to live in your apartment without disturbance, and to put it bluntly, there is CONSTANT disturbance at Park Viridian. Look anywhere else, pay the extra 200$ a month at a nicer complex. I promise you, it is worth every penny.

I do have a big respect for the managment they have at the office , especially Cathrine Le and others too , it makes me to sign a third year lease because of the excellent treatment
