Don’t come here ! The lady here was so rude and how is it that a washer only fit such little clothes without it being “overflowed” I gone to other places where the washers are the same and they don’t start to squeak because their to “heavy”

I come here often but today I came in and most machines are not working . Most of them especially dryers I told Asian lady here which is the first time I see her here. She was rude about it or didn’t seem to care very disappointed.

The machines are very modern, it was a failure to wash there the first time our clothes never got the soap and it is very expensive in Paris to wash there a girl who works there tried to help us but it was too late she couldn't warn us before why do people get upset if You give them instructions on how to use the machines, well in my case I am super grateful that they help me, now we know how things work we only go when we have a lot of clothes and blankets.

They have a very clean Laundromat and staff is there to help you after 5 min once you ring the bell, however they have machines that say either quarters or the app is where you add funds but once you download the app it tells you that you are unable to do so. Then you are forced to go outside and get money from an ATM machine because they don't have one here. You can then get quarters cause that's all the machine has left as an option. So if you want to wash here bring all your quarters.

Super clean and very big laundry mat. The ladies who work here are very nice and often offer you bottled water. Out of all the laundry mats near me this is my all time favorite!!

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! They charge for hot water and it comes out cold, I talked to the owner and he told me that someone turned off the boiler “by accident” and he refunded me the money for each machine I used… I went back to wash and told the owner again and he says no. It's not true, I have discussed this with other laundry clients and they have all noticed that hot water does not come out of the white machines. Apart from the fact that the prices are high, they took 5 minutes off the dryers, and they don't even dry well, you have to put three or more coins in them to dry sheets and light clothes...THEY STEAL IN THIS LAUNDRY!!! ????????????????????????

No Hot Water !!! Washers finish too quick. Clothes doesn't wash well. Dryers don't dry clothes unless you keep adding more coins. Last time here.
