Jessica in the Service Department has been the best employee I have dealt with at this location. This young lady is a great person and Home Depot is lucky she is willing to work with them.

I am very disappointed that the store and employees are not enforcing their mask policy! Many a****** buffoons strutting around not wearing masks. They feel that it's violating their rights? I wonder if they drove on the left side of the road on the way home or just blew through Red lights saying, "Stopping at red lights are for wimps!"

I would give them a 0 if I could. Never buy any appliances from here. Bought a $600 dishwasher from here that broke just over a year. Good thing we bought the warranty right? Nope. We had someone come out a couple days later and had to order the part. They've had the part since 8/26. They scheduled an appointment for September 2 and no one showed up. No call or no warning. Then for some reason my appointment scheduled for two weeks later. Don't understand why that needs to happen. Finally my appointment is on September 16 thank god I'm getting my dishwasher fixed today. Oh wait never mind the person showed up without the part. I will never buy anything from Home Depot again. Over a month later and still don't have a working dishwasher.

If you buy an appliance from Home Depot & are considering a Home Depot Protection Plan, beware if they use Tekniton for repairs. They are a warranty service used by Samsung.Look up Tekniton on Yelp! You will be enlightened to the fact that they are corrupt. Stay away from Tekniton at all costs.Otherwise I really like Home Depot. They just should not associate themselves with Tekniton!

For the most part, this is a pretty good store. Very large, at least to someone who rarely sets foot in a home improvement store. Big enough for that same kind of person to get lost in. The very few times o have set foot in this store, I found it to be pretty clean. Yes here and there is items out of place as there would be in any store. The workers have always seemed pretty kind, and genuinely wanting to help a customer get what they need as long as you're not a demanding Karen/Kevin. I normally am able to find what I need and sometimes I am lucky enough to get an employee that has some better ideas for my projects.

Appliance delivery nightmare. In store I usually have a good experience. I find the employees to be helpful and friendly. When I've had returns it's not a issue. I've ordered from the website and had successful deliveries. We went to Home Depot during the July 4th sale looking for a fridge. We found a fridge and also ended up with a washer and dryer. The washer was delivered with no issue about a week later. The first delivery for the fridge and dryer was 24 days out. I received the delivery confirmation the day before my delivery and had taken the day off to prepare for the new fridge and dryer. Delivery morning I get a email saying the fridge isn't at the warehouse and they will come Friday between 1-5. Take Friday off of work. 5 pm Friday no appliances. I start the phone game and get an answer 45 minutes later that a delivery attempt was made at 6:18. It was 5:45 when they told me this. I was told to call the store. 30 minutes later(6:15) they told me they tried to deliver it at 6:18. They told me they will let someone know about this and the delivery company will call me. It's almost been 24 hours and no call. I did call again this morning and was rescheduled for next week. I can't take more time off work so I have to do it on Saturday. Still no call from the delivery company or the resolution center. I am disappointed with Home Depot and will be going back to Best Buy for my appliances. I hope I actually get my appliances on my new delivery day. They didn't even call me and they said they tried to deliver my appliances at 6:18 when it was 5:00 when I was on the phone with them. If they have this time machine I wish they would have used it to make my delivery.

I love this Home Depot. Everyone is super helpful. My only complaint is with customer service. I have been to customer service at least 8 times this year. They gossip and joke around while you wait in line. The young ladies that mostly staff the department hang up on you if you call. Sometimes after you've been passed around for 45 minutes. In person is just as bad. I frequently wait 30 minutes when there is no one in front of me. Recently I was being helped by a gal wIth yellow hair. I waited patiently while she and her co-worker laughed and giggled oblivious that I was waiting. Once she finally helped me it had been 27 minutes since the prior customer left.

Purchased our new carpet at Home Depot, Anaheim Hills. What a fiasco! Was charged for carpet measure in advance ($50.00), which was to be credited to the purchase. They didn't do that. Was told they would deliver ($80.00) the carpet to curbside a few days before being installed by Carpet Pros. We advised them that we live in an HOA and they can't leave anything curbside. We made arrangements with Carpet Pros for them to pick up the carpet from Home Depot and bring it the day of install. Today Home Depot dumped the carpet at the house. Called Carpet Pros to let them know the carpet was here. That was a good idea since they were going to cancel the install as they didn't have any material to install and Home Depot shows the carpet as "Delayed". The store manager has NEVER returned one of my husbands many calls to straighten this out. DO NOT PURCHASE carpet from this store! WORST customer service I have ever experienced in any industry. Pandemic or not, this place is a DISASTER! No one knows what they're doing in this store.

BEWARE!!!! "BATHROOM REMODEL NOT RECOMMENDED"-Here are six valid reasons of why you should be concerned: 1 Quotes are two to three times (or more) than any other reputable contractors; get three quotes and see for yourself.2 HOME DEPOE WANTS ALL THE MONEY UPFRONT OR WILL NOT START YOUR JOB (call, they will confirm this statement)3 IMPORTANT! The Ca State Board of Contractors warns consumers to "never" pay the total amount upfront- they state that you should only pay 10 % or $1000.00 whichever is less. 4 Home Depoe subs out all bathroom remodeling work; they do not have their employees or contractors for bathroom remodel work. 5 Home Depoe do not use their own store products for the shower/bath that you are going to have installed6 TREATED RUDELY AND UNPROFESSIONALLY-The first sales rep tried to pressure me into signing on the spot, when that didn't work, he talked to me in a condescending manner and then it went into insults. I had another sales person come out thinking it may have just been that one person; the second person was much nicer. However, a week later I got an email that went from asking me if he should throw away my quote (funny way to approach me). But, I replied that I had "planned" to call him Monday (the next day). He then sent another email wanting to know why I was not moving ahead. Again, i said I would call him Monday. The next email went to insults. Again, I replied that I would call him Monday. This made him spiral out of control. He said that he did everting he could to help me. He then insulted me by saying, "With how bad your bath looks, I don't know what else I can do. Good luck." Rather than waiting for the next day, he blew me off! lol I will not use American Home Remodeling; therefore, I will also not be using Home Depot for my bath remodel. I did speak with the store Manager and assistant! They were shocked and appalled by the email that I showed them from Michael Bey at American Home Remodeling. They seemed concerned. They were not aware of what is going on, they mustn't read American Home Remodeling yelp reviews; the consumers are now starting to talk negative about Home Depoe partnering up with such a company. The managers had another company contact me; this ended up to be a division of Reborn (Reborn does not have the best reviews) - The new division go by another name; I was told this division was made up to work directly with Home Depoe. You cannot research them as they do not show up on Yelp or any other reviews that I searched. I got the first call wanting to give me a quote. I said if I need you, I will call back. Then I got another call from another person unaware I had already been called. I asked to be taken off the list. Then I was continually bombarded by phone calls starting at 8am of different sales people for several days stating that they were told to call me. It was a nightmare. The calls have finally subsided.

This is hands down my favorite home depot. Everything you could want/need for home DIY projects can be found here. The garden section is also fantastic and has an excellent selection of plants and garden tools.

Jason , here, helped me figure out a tube and pump system about three weeks ago. Two other sales people didn't know anything about what I was explaining. I asked for a real person that listened and understood what I wanted to fix. Jason was patient, courteous, and professional, I was able to get my fountain working perfectly !!!!! He really knows what you explain and got right on it ! Thank you Jason ! Finally somebody that knows his Shi.. ! ! This was across from Savy Ranch .

I had gone online at Homedepot.com to order a Dewalt toolbox. I received an email from The Home Depot stating that my order was in and that I could pick it up at my local store (1095 Pullman St, Anaheim, CA 92807). When I arrived the next day, it was missing. However, I want to emphasize that I want to recognize the super helpfulness of the young lady at the Online Orders Pick-up Desk. She went over and above to make sure she could find the nearest store that had that item in stock and had them hold it for us. Then, to avoid issues with refunding my debit card, she simply issued a refund as a store credit which made it so easy to pay for the toolbox when we arrived at the other store. I wish I had caught her name. Thank you!

First time going to a Home Depot Super Store!!! Largest HD store I've ever seen! They have everything imaginable for all of your home building, maintenance, and remodeling needs. It's difficult to locate specific items upon arrival, so there are many Home Depot associates around every aisle to assist customers. They were all helpful in directing me to the right product shelves and aisles! Pretty cool store, overall!

I like Home Depot in general since it is nearby and has lots of variety. Sometimes the prices are competitive too. The service wise depends on the luck, can't say much good or bad. The reason I am writing this review is that I hope they can do better in dealing with COVID-19. I saw some of the staffs have the mask on but they are either below the nose or at the neck. There is no restriction to the customers as well. There are still customers don't wear mask that they walk around and not keep distance with others, and talk loud too. I do hope Home Depot can apply some rules like other stores to request everyone in the store must wear mask. It is to protect themselves and others.

The Super Store of all Home Depot's. This is THE biggest one I've been to...and I have been to a lot in my younger years when my grandpa wanted to go out...it always ended at a Home Depot...lol Vicky assisted me in appliances & she was great...very helpful. She looked up the model for both items I was looking for & set up my home delivery. She also helped me find a comparable unit to my second item that I was shopping for...due to it being sold out. She even went to get us a rolling flat cart for it too. We were very well taken care. It was quick & easy & got all my questions asked. And even on a big holiday weekend, we were helped immediately. I definitely recommend this location to all looking for good assistance with improving their home.
