Terrible service, they recommended it to me and when it came out my dog had a cut and now she has many welts all over her body. They say that cheap is expensive!! Don't leave your pets with people who don't do their job well, what courage is now so desperately itchy 😡

LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE MI VIDA!! Porfavor si de verdad kieren y les importan sus animalito no los lleven a este lugar mi perrita kedo traumados y con dos deditos fracturados , las personas k les cortan y los bañan no tienen educación y te ignoran cuando les kieres explicar k es la primera ves k llevas a tu perrito ahí y para rematar te la regresan mal y no te dicen hasta k regresas y les reclamas no tengo foto de los deditos fracturados de mi perrita pero te puedo asegurar k lo k dicen los comentarios si es verdad ellos abusan de los perritos los maltratan y los cortan bien geo dd su piel , le reclame a la dueña y le dije de los malos comentarios y se hiso la indignada la k no sabia nada son un asco de personas según me dio una cremita k para k se le kitara lo rosado de sus dedos y resultó k me la lastimaron y traumaron. Su maldita crema no le va a kitar el trauma k le dejaron y las fracturas de sus deditos . Les pido a todas la gente k tuvo la misma experiencia k porfavor nos unamos para k la justicia aga algo al respecto esto no puede seguir así. Muy mal pet world muy mal

I liked how they cut my dog's hair but the treatment of the people who cut the hair is not because I called to see if I could still take him and I live almost half an hour away and they told me yes to take him and I told them how long it would take. He would arrive and when I left my dog he asked what time he would be there at least and I told him about 2 or 3 and he told me no that later before 2 it was ready and the woman who was there spoke rudely to me and told me to stop The other one took him earlier because my dog was nervous and wouldn't stop crying, but I didn't understand why he was crying, but he went out and peed there and got angry. The woman threw him with her foot, telling him not to pee there, so that's why. My dog was crying because I was leaving the bathroom, but when the woman called me, she told me to hurry up to get my dog because he wouldn't shut up because he was nervous and they put a muzzle on him. These people are not professional.

Disappointed with the service here. I guess cheep service means you get what you pay for. Took my dog in for a hair cut. Not only did they take 6 hrs to cut her hair but they gave her a rash and razor burn. Sadly they did not clean the brush in between dogs so gave her a nasty rash. Wish they would have told me sooner that they don’t wash the shaver in between dogs.

why doesn't anyone report this place and the abuse and horrible conditions.I have personally heard horror stories from people walking. Their dogs, were talking at a dog park! If you had a personal experience, you need to report this place and have the animal Humane Society or Code Enforcment come out and look when they least expect it!! not good. Help protect, innocent pets

Very bad service, my husband took my 3 dogs to get their hair cut and when he picked her up she had a big bruise on her neck, my husband told the man who was there what had happened to my dog and he said That she was like this, that according to her she had an infection which was a lie, we believe that either she fell silent and got hit or they probably mistreated her, another of my dogs had a big skin problem a few days after taking her, I don't know. What kind of cleanliness do they have on their instruments but please avoid this place, it is TERRIBLE.

Please don’t buy pets here. I’m pretty sure they don’t take care for the poor animals. I saw a dead baby chameleon. It looks like it’s been there for a week. And another on the way to dying very skinny pretty sure it has MBD.
