I had purchased two brands of cat hairball treats and kitty only liked one of them. I returned the one yesterday and was greeted with a warm smile and treated with kindness for my refund. Yay Petco!

Very good place to purchase your necessary items for pets. Very knowledgeable, staff, friendly environment. They have a grooming place that does a pretty Dang. Good job and I just really love this place. It's so clean and tidy and very easy to find what I'm looking for if I have any Questions I can ask any of the staff members. And they will either know it themselves or find someone that does. It is extremely easy to find What You Need.

Store was clean and stocked, customer service was wonderful, both ladies went above and beyond. Lola was one gal and i didn't get the name of the other but everyone was very polite.

My Problem with Petco Anaheim hills is that they charged me for VIP services for my dog's grooming and one time I went there early to pick up my dog a staff member who did not know I paid for VIP earlier brought my dog out of kennel in front of me! I was so upset that they charged me 120 dollars and they put my baby in Kennel. She said she wasn't even there and she was right. Guess what! It was the "MANAGER" who did that, when I confronted her, she said "oh, your dog looks to be doing okay when in kennel, he is not anxious, don't worry about it"!! instead of apologizing because she charged me double NOT to keep him in kennel, she had the nerve to tell me that. Since, then I am taking my baby to Petsmart and it is very interesting that he is not shaking when I am taking him to his grooming anymore!! I noticed they must have put him every time in kennel that is why poor thing was shaking so much when taking him to his grooming! Petco Anaheim Hills is the WORST! Stay away from them!

The store, not the staff, is run down, drab, and dreary. Shame on Corporate. The other store in Irvine is upbeat as well as the PetSmart located 2 miles down the road in the Savvy Ranch.

I stopped in right at closing, last Monday, and had an emergency situation with my cat needing water desperately. The grocery was not available and the lady working here was so kind, and helped me with water. She was genuinely nice, and I could tell that she was perfect for her job. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for such a simple act of kindness.
