My recent experience at Pizza Hut, located at 521 W Chapman Ave, Anaheim, CA 92802, was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Justin and his manager, Julio. From start to finish, their dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out, making my visit memorable for all the right reasons.Upon realizing that I needed an old receipt for reference, I approached Justin, who greeted me with a friendly smile and an eagerness to assist. Despite the potential challenges involved, Justin went above and beyond to help me retrieve the receipt, demonstrating patience and professionalism every step of the way. His willingness to assist, coupled with his positive attitude, made the entire process effortless and stress-free.However, the true hero of the day was Julio, the manager, whose perseverance and determination ultimately secured the old receipt for me. Despite facing obstacles along the way, Julio remained unwavering in his commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. His proactive approach and can-do attitude were truly commendable, and I am incredibly grateful for his efforts in resolving the issue promptly and effectively.In addition to the exceptional service provided by Justin and Julio, the food at Pizza Hut surpassed my expectations. Good place to stop and get pizza. Very expensive compared to the UK, staff not very helpful. But food was hot and ok.

Wow they sent my pizza without my drink and a rude delivery person. Then instead of going above and beyond and offering, perhaps, a free pizza, they offered a measly 5 buck credit that wouldn't even cover the original drink and tip for the lousy service. Don't go here.

Pizza is great as it's always been. Service was spot on. Even though there's no sitting area, there are chairs for waiting and I asked to dine in just because I was sooo hungry and they were absolutely ok. Awesome experience!

10/24/23 Ticket #39 9:29pm no tomato sauce on pizza & no sauce on wings. I wasn't even rude. Terrible (facepalm) cashier dude was nice atleast.

Went in to order today there was plenty of parking and they didn't take long to help me out either pizza didn't take long to make 10-15min as they mentioned and it was cooked perfect the staff was great the ladies there helped me out would definitely recommend

The food at this location is always spot-on and exactly as ordered. Recently I have been having an issue with missing sauces for bread sticks and employees will try to fight to not give them to me, even if I paid for extra ones.

Today I ordered pizza on the app and wanted to make a change to my pizza because it wasn't processed right. The manager "jackie" was rude and disrespectful. Not sure if that's even her name: she's a older Hispanic woman. She doesn't deserve to be a manager the way she handled the situation. She's located at the store on Chapman. It's Friday JUNE 30th 2023 at 3:20pm so whoever is manager during this time is the woman who was rude and disrespectful. She's refusing to give me my pizza look at the time and date I'll post
