This was my first time using Precision German Performance. I have a 2017 Mercedes GLC300. I was having startup issues. I brought my car in and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it promptly. I thought the service was excellent and pricing was reasonable and fair. I will be using them going forward and recommend anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic to give them a call.

I took my Porsche Panamera to Precision German Performance for an oil change. The staff were friendly and professional. The pricing and time to complete the service was reasonable and appreciated. They also alerted me to an issue with my radiator that I was not aware of and they did not pressure me to allow then to complete the repair. I plan to take my car back for brakes when the time comes.

First time that I went to this place. It was for an oil change and to have them check out an a/c vent that wasn't working on my wife's BMW 4401i. Kyle called me back and told me that it was a simple reset on the vent and they fixed it, and weren't going to charge for it. Nice.

I had my spark plugs replaced per the service manual recommendation. I arrived early for my appointment. Kyle processed the paperwork and work on my vehicle commenced immediately. I was out of there and on my way home in under 3 hours. Precision German Performance was recommended to me. After my second visit, I can now recommend them.

Had a great experience taking my X7 there for maintenance as well as to repair a blown radiator hose. Kyle and his team were thorough and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Not to mention at a cost that was 1/4 of what BMW wanted to charge me! Will be bringing my car back here again!

Precision was prompt, they actually performed less than the original estimate as there was something less expensive that caused an error message about my brakes. I really appreciate that I can trust them.
