I purchased a product on line a month ago, now it has a promotion going on with a free battery. Tracy at customer service desk was the only employee out of 4 others that took the time to help me out. She even got 1800HOMEDEPOT on the phone to explain to me the process of obtaining the free promotional battery from Milwaukee. Thank you Tracy!

Home depot does not service appliances it sells. Our Bosch dishwasher warranty exiped before we had a problem with it and had to contact third party repair who demanded $830 to fix a leak. Astonishing and frustrating. I am looking for a GE or Maytag store to purchase appliances, but, don't exist?

If you need help in plumbing, TOM W. is the guy to talk to. He knows how to talk to people, he's knowledgeable on the subject, and he'll most likely be able to point you in the right direction. He has worked in the electrical department for almost 20 years! A great guy!

I really like this location! The store is huge and they have so much to offer. I get my appliances there and have for years now. Vicki Reed in appliances is a real Super Star! She is so patient and friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. She exceeded my expectations. I will look for her when I shop again. Thank you Vicki and thank you Home Depot for having Vicki there. She made my day!

No one looks forward to their appliances having a hiccup in functioning! Thank goodness I have an extended warranty, and even more so, I'm thankful for Debbie in the appliance department! This is only a review for the kids workshop. We did the responsible thing and signed up online. Given that this event doesn't happen all the time, you'd think they'd set up a bit better. There was a line at 9am arrival, which is expected but moved quickly. My complaint is that they literally had 30+ families ( with many more trickling in by the second) building "Rescue Floatplane" on the ground outside the store. ON THE GROUND. Squeezed into a little pocket of the front of the exterior of the store. Maybe I'm pretentious to expect that there would be something as simple as tables to have families help their children build these crafts...but it was difficult to manage if you have more than one child (or even with one child!), having to climb over other families for a spot, so we left shortly. The only thing that there was a table for was the paint...which was weird that it was getting more respect than human children lol Definitely would not recommend even for the price of free 99.

Good luck getting delivery on the date set up -I was 19th on the delivery list and was scheduled between 3-7pm for delivery. At 6:15 they sent me an email that the truck broke down - on the phone the person told me each delivery/installation takes 45min to an hour - they were not going to make it anyway - overbooked. They wanted to redeliver 2 days later I said no it should be the next day as I would be 4th on the list - told me I would get a text the next day re: delivery date - they put me 4 days out. I already had someone at the house for 4 hours and now they want me to wait a week from order date and wait in another 4 hour window. Re turning my appliance and going somewhere else. I know I'll probably have to edit but it should have been correct in the 1st place. My salesperson Kathy at Home Depot was great though.

It was s unacceptable to wait a min of 30 min to get a forklift driver every time I need to get something that needs one. Their excuse is sorry we don't have anyone to drive the lift

Poor customer service in" self checkout" Today 10 am Tried charcoal to buy charcoal but the bag didn't have a bar code. I asked if they could look it up. Short blonde was going to try , tall blonde stated that the come in two packs or singles for $9.98. Said that this one was a single but not yjr right single. The only option given was to void my entire purchase and walk to the back of the store or not buy it. Neither attempted to look up the right single bar code or call customer service to retrieve another bag with a bar code. For the record all the single bags are mixed. Horrible customer service in fact. Lazy !

We bought a refrigerator from HD. We knew that it was a floor model, but the salesman assured us it was sold as new and had a full factory warranty with it. When we got it home, we had several problems with the unit. When we contacted Samsung for warranty issues, we suddenly find that the warranty expired a month ago. The unit is very heavy, there was No delivery option and installation was a major undertaking. Returning this thing is going to be a major nightmare...!

I have spend Thousands at the stores with great result. Except for the gardening department. Every plant that I have purchased there. Either veg, color or whatever, has died! For another try, recently I purchased a nice looking tomato plant. Put it in exceptional soil. With water, etc.. as required. It started to bare fruit. Nice! I came out side this morning and the entire plant had collapsed! I think they buy from from many "mass" growers. With allot of cross disease being introduced into the plant department. Not buying any more plants from this store for sure. I'm thinking that's why they have a total return/refund policy on all plants! (If you keep the receipt) Though, I'll probably still buy paint, screws, etc.. As needed.
