When transferring from one unit to another , Robin was great at helping it to be a smooth process. Javier was very helpful also.
The only thing I don't like is the quickness they raise your payments soon after you move in .

Wanna give a quick shout out to my guy Joe! I was looking for a box to move some things and found this public storage place. As I was walking up, Joe opened the door for me and greeted me very kindly. We made a little bit of small talk and we kind of joked around a little bit about only getting one box. I must say, his customer service is impeccable! Thanks Joe! You rock!

I just completed the initial process for renting a storage unit at this storage facility. Javier, the store manager, was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and working with me to get me the best rate possible. I really like this rental property. It’s climate controlled, very new, and seems incredibly secure.

It was so fast and easy, the new electric features are so great. Use their app, and it will open all the entry doors and elevators. So easy to move in.

This place is a nightmare, had storage for 3 months, always paid on time, got notice I have to move my entire unit into an indoor unit by the end of the month, as the outdoor buildings are apparently going to be demolished. Took me 6 weekends to fill the unit up and now they saying I have to move the entire unit out in 2 days and only offering a discounted rate for 1 month. I have a newborn baby and my wife just had a c-section, so I have no help. Overheard management stating they are going to keep my more expensive rate for the cheaper indoor unit. Elevators smell like urine and homeless people.
