Quest mailed my blood samples back to my place of work instead of to the lab where they were supposed to be processed. Total incompetence.

I scheduled my appointment online. I was able to check in on my phone. When I arrived, there was a lot of people in the wait room. The television said 25 people in the que with appointments, 1 waiting and I was 3rd in line and 4 staff members. I honestly didn't think I would be seen on time, but to my surprise I was called in at exactly 9:10. Amazing! That never happens. Cudos to the staff at this facility for being on top of it! As for my phlebotomist Esther, she was very friendly and kind. Most places like this where they are slammed like the DMV you would think they would be grumpy, not Esther. My only complaint is that when you walk in, it's just a big room with chairs and the check-in equipment. I get this is the norm for a lot of places, but it kinda makes the environment uninviting and cold. Other than that, my experience was great. Wait time excellent! Esther was perfect! Online scheduling is a MUST!

Only waited 5 minutes, WITH appointment. Always make an appointment. Common sense. 5+ Stars!

Yeah... Low Income hood means Minimum wage workers and may be not the best staff... but there is one high light, her name is Neha.
I went in for my bloodwaork and she was Fast, Efficient and Courteous... She was 5 Stars!

Make an appt..it's very important. Was called within 5 min. Whole thing only took 15 min from walking in the door to walking out the door!

Very bad attitude staff & don’t care about old people with walker! My mom is going to out of town and we didn’t have appointments! SO DISAPPOINTED

I showed up 1.5 hrs before closing without an appointment. I never needed one for any other lab I went to. I signed in electronically via kiosk and waited and waited and waited. After an hour and it approached closing time I tried to contact someone. The sign said do not tap on glass on the door. So I tried to find a phone number online with my phone. No one answered. Finally another half hour later, a lady came out and said to go home. She was the only one there, she was overworked, and the computer wasn't working right. So the next day I asked my provider to send my lab orders to Riverview Hospital where they took me immediately without appointment (well, within 15 minutes). I will never go back to Quest.

Please offer earlier than 9am appointments. Last year I was able to go in at 6am.
