My phlebotomist was very friendly the blood draws were very smooth and painless,,, I forgot her name but she has cute badge with her dogs pictures I recommend her

Gotta be the worst service in the industry. Lied about hours and services. Employer sent me here and it is near impossible to sign in due to the lack of a functioning kiosk. Think it would have been easier to forge a drug test than go through this place.

The nurse was inexperienced. She poked 6 times to find a vein in both elbows but not successful. She wanted to get a vein on my palm but it was hard to get. Finally, she asked other nurse for help. The other nurse poked only one time to get the blood drawn. After the appointment, both my arm were sore and bruise. It was very disappointed. I never had this problem with labcorp.
