Was really pleased with the customer service I received at the Anaheim store. They took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with my choice of boot that I ended up purchasing.

Don't get the tuff toe here. They do a terrible job and obviously do not caring what it looks like. You would think after dropping 300 bucks your want to where your new boots with pride, but I was just embarrassed like I kneeled in something unpleasant. Now I have to wait over month for corporate to repair them... Who ever is doing it should be ashamed or at least trained before messing with what once was a quality product. Honestly; I regret not driving the extra distance to Boot Barn. Anna was nice, helpful, and honest though.

Beware of padding your bill. My husband went in to get a new pair of work boots. The sales guy wanted to do a 3D scan of his foot and preceded to open a new package of socks and told him to put them on even though he already had a pair of socks on. So my husband found a pair of boots and inserts and Francisco kept trying to sell him the socks. We weren’t interested so he said he would just give him the socks since he already opened the package. He rung up the purchase and said he charged us for the socks which were $26 but gave him a discount of $27 to cover the cost plus tax. He noted it as a union discount on the receipt. My husband has been going to that location for 20 years and has gotten a union discount regardless. Not good business. Won’t be going back to that location next time.

They ended up giving me two different size a 9 and a 8. I didn’t realize it until I wore them a day at work and noticed my right toes hurt. I had to go back to the store and get the right boot size. It was an inconvenience having to do that because this should’ve never happened.

Francisco is very helpful very polite, very professional he is a good salesman very knowledgeable of redwings shoes. I wasn't planning on buying the shoes inserts but after he let me try them out I told him I'll get them. He showed me the difference of the 2 shoe inserts and told me the difference pros & cons. I will be making all my future purchases here in Anaheim, Ca because of Francisco is very helpful and understand what shoes will fit me best in my workforce day in and day out.

Came with my boots to be returned. They didn't even check my boots or receipt and I was told by the lady that they don't take returns on the weekend because their manager isn't on duty. I called the brea location and they will take my return and said they're not supposed to do that.

My husband was quickly profiled. We walked in with jeans and a tshirt. Another man walked in with slacks and a button up shirt, we got tossed to the side and ignored.Then finally, someone helped us. He measured my husbands feet and didn’t give the right size. Just wanted the quick sale to get rid of us. Mind you, my husband foot size is 9.5 E3. He gave us an 11D.He also made my husband change his socks. We didn’t want the socks but he insisted and we were charged for them.$400 later we walked out.Luckily the redwing in Fresno is helping us exchange the non-usable shoes. Thanks for profiling. Now another store has to wipe your okole.

had a good experience with the store I purchased some boots couple days ago they didn't fit me I didn't know if they were willing to exchange my boots after wearing them and within the 30 days before I went back, this change it with problem at all good attitude and experience

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst customer service experience I've had in my life. I've heard about redwing boots for a long time. I was passing by and thought I should check it out. The first thing that the representative said it is "are you gonna buy something or just waste my time?" Al Bundy had a better attitude than this shoe salesman. I guess his time was more valuable in an empty shop. I would not recommend this place to anyone, I will be letting the corporate office know about this rudeness. He had a very racist undertone.

I love Red Wing boots, but the sales experience here is absolutely terrible. I would ask to try on different sizes only to be met with aggravated sighs, as if they didn’t want to help me or assist me. They would also continually tell me different, conflicting information (there were two salesmen helping me).Red Wing boots are great, but this location? Stay away

When I got here there was another person already waiting for the store to open back up. It was only 3 pm and it says they close at 4 pm. They left a sign saying we will be back but it seems like they are just waiting out the clock to close to not deal with anymore customers. I left after waiting for 15 minutes for them to open.
