I still haven't recieved the couch i signed for and made initial payment for in June and havent recieved a call or talked to someone aside from that got charged 1st payment to something I haven't recieved. Called and got only reimbursed just for first payment and that I would be called about my couch and still haven't recieved my order or refund.

My current experience has not been good!! The delivery system is terrible!!! It takes weeks!!! I’m on my second payment and no items yet. I’ve been with RAC for years and they have been great with their own in house delivery but now has changed to a completely screwed up system that is not professional at all!!! It’s all through text and you’ll get about 3 different times with even one saying they’re on their way but never show up. So my business with RAC is done, order cancelled and I won’t be returning.

Katella Location- Anaheim. Furniture was not what we expected. I give 3 stars because of lack of inventory. However, Alex the manager and his staff were really trying to cater to us. We decided to postpone the project but the staff was very professional and helpful.

I wish their were minus stars here I paid off thousands of dollars in the past overpaid for many things and even had them close on my same as cash dates Alex is a joke there he is lazy and doesn’t want to do anything for anyone and the other guy is an idiot can’t speak English and has to ask everybody when you have a question I will be speaking to the district corporate regional whoever I have to about this situation as it was very bad business practice and I have never been treated so horrible as well as my 80 yr old father who was involved as well.
