Want to start off by saying I absolutely love SchoolsFirst being a teacher they are so amazing and have the best rates for everything. They always have the biggest smile on their faces and they are so helpful. I recently was just there getting my cards replaced and unfortunately the card maker wasn't working and I had to head back to work. The branch manager, Matt Smith was so nice. He dropped off my card so I can use them at my work. I appreciate him for going above and beyond to make sure I had way I needed. I really appreciate that so much and he even gave me a complementary gift card to Starbucks. Thank you guys for being so helpful for being so nice and for being an amazing bank!

Always great service. They, like all businesses these days, have cut down on their phone services. It's all computerized nowadays, so you always have to go through many steps to get an answer to a question. They will often ask for your phone number in order to call you back. They always will call you back. This is not like it used to be. You could get a real person to talk to you, so you could get your questions answered quickly. They are no different than all businesses these days, so this should not be held against them. It is to save money, so they don't have to hire people to answer your questions. This is still one of the best credit unions/banks around, and they are still the best I've ever dealt with.

The staffing at the location is simply too green. On numerous occasions when meeting with a banker, they had to reply solely on phone calls to other staff, bankers, and corporate offices. When attempting to change my ACH to change the mortgage payment, I was told by two parties that I needed a voided check from the other institution. After being handed the ACH form, it clearly said on the form no longer required a voided check. Explaining this to the "banker" triggered yet another phone call to corporate. Evidently, they just updated the form. However, the form had a revision date of five years ago, Two weeks after completing and faxing the form the records were still not completedI had to call the mortgage company myself to update the records which did not require a form. I am never visiting this branch again.

Gio and Richard helped with with an issue I had today with my debit card. They provided 10/10 customer service and I had a very pleasant experience. They helped to resolve the issue I was having quickly and informed me of what to expect moving forward. This is a great beach with such friendly and accommodating staff. I highly recommend coming to this store mostly because they are friendly and I do feel like a valued customer.

Very helpful, service-oriented. I am not a customer there, but wanted to withdraw from the CA Relief Fund debit card from their ATM machine; after a few unsuccessful attempts, the CS personnel looked online and solved my problem. Very impressed with their professionalism towards a non-customer.

We have been dealing with other banks due to my Father's passing. I can't express my gratitude enough with Schools First and Gio at this branch. He has been so helpful and patient, he takes the time to explain the process and gives you all the different choices available. We are so grateful to be able to bank here and not at other banks who don't care about their members.

Had a great experience at this SchoolsFirst! Alix helped me come up with a plan to consolidate and pay off my credit card debt, set up a savings account separate from my debit card, and made sure I understood every step of the process. I definitely felt like she was there to help and not judge. I left feeling like a weight had been lifted, and feel better equipped to make better financial decisions. Thank you Alix!

My husband and I would like to give a 5 star review for the service we received from Erick and Janice at the Anaheim Hills branch. Twice recently we needed paperwork notarized and submitted in a short turn around time. With my husband's work schedule, it is hard to find a time he can meet. Each time your employees were very flexible and accommodating . They were very careful to review all the paperwork, explaining things we had questions about and Erick even waited while we made a call concerning one form. We never felt rushed or that we were taking too much of their time. It is this type of customer service that keeps us coming back to Schools First and recommending them to others. Sincerely, Karen and Gary Brown

I just wanted to give Andrew at Anaheim hills a 5 star. If I could Andrew more stars I would. I have had the pleasure of having Andrew helping me a few times when I go in and every time he is very pleasant and is very knowledgeable. I been with schools first for 40 plus years. I'm hoping management will somehow recognize Andrew and realize what a great employee they have. I use to work for a credit union for 26 years and was a senior PFA and so I notice when there is good service

It is a joy entering the Schools First Federal Credit Union. There is always someone soon to greet you with a sincere desire to help you with your needs. They make certain that the line stays short and one of the best parts about them is they have financial advisors that truly know what they are doing and seem to genuinely care.

40 minute wait for my 13 year old to open a second account. No place to sit, but 5 employees standing around and only one working. Apparently this is how they handle social distancing. We left and went to Chase.

For being such a secure area why are the ATM's indoor? I'm not a fan of having to enter and then after people are tapping on the door so you can let them in. That's not my job. Plus, the bank should have a larger and visible display on how to enter to use the ATM machine. The instructions they currently have are in white print with white vertical window blinds behind them. How can people who are not from this area notice the instructions?
