The store is clean and nice...yet I cannot understand one thing...why after my wife and I paid..were we singled out and asked for our receipt at the door by some Grey haired Asian guy who let others proceed thru without asking to see their receipts..whats worse is that he also snooped thru our bags. I told him that was wrong and he needs to go ask for theirs also....he got an attitude and told me to go get their reciept....I will not surrender my receipt at the door any longer because of this.....especially when I have paid....i will just bring on a lawsuit if we have to go thru that again ..hopefully u talk to the worker or cut his wings and make him sweep the floor.

Wow! There are so many options at Seafood City Supermarket. You could come here to do your grocery shopping and fill up your stomach with baked goods from the bakery or food from the hot deli station. My boyfriend and I chose a two item combo plate with beef kare kare and pork adobo and an order of their steamed buns. The steamed buns came with a dipping sauce, but we thought that the filling already had plenty of flavor. The buns were fluffy and hot. It was a perfect snack. The beef kare kare and pork adobo paired really nicely with the rice since they are both saucy dishes; however, the meat was a bit tough and not as tender as we would've liked. The flavors were still good, though. Next time, we want to try the meat skewers and the lechon!

Great place to eat and buy Filipino items and food. Grill city is hudge with many special fresh hot foods. The fresh fish area is big and frying is available. Vegetable area is kinda small with not many choices, could be because it was February.

I want to start by saying: This the CLEANEST ASIAN MARKET in Orange County! The merchandise (both in the produce and seafood dept.) is presented and displayed in a manner which makes them very appealing. The cleanliness is definitely at the same level, if not better than what you'd see at a Japanese supermarket. The fruits and vegetables in the produce department are neatly stacked and FRESH. There are no areas where water has accumulated and developed into soggy spots; it's very obvious that the facility is well maintained. The seafood department is equally impressive. The fish are arranged by type and the price is clearly marked. The seafood is also fresh and properly iced. There is also FREE fry fish service with purchase. The overall service is TOP NOTCH AND ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The staff in the seafood department is courteous and ALWAYS willing to help. I want to acknowledge the entire Seafood Department Staff for their friendliness and PROFESSIONALISM; Esparanza, Dustin, Juana, Rey, and Juan are ALL SUPERSTARS. In addition to being a supermarket, within Seafood City is a food court type setup aptly named Grill City. This is where you'd go for Filipino comfort food. As the name implies, grill meats are plentiful. There are so many options and it really comes down to what you're in the mood for. There's grilled chicken skewers, grilled BBQ salmon steaks, grilled yellowtail collar, grilled milk fish, and grilled whole calamari, etc.... The guest basically creates their own combo plate (served with traditional steamed rice or garlic rice). On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, fresh roasted BBQ pig (luchon) is available. The meat is sold by the pound and sliced in front of you. The pork is ALWAYS tender, moist, and flavorful. In closing, I'd like to say that I'm a huge fan of Seafood City. This Filipino Market stands out because it's very obvious that the business is interested in creating a relationship with the guest, not their wallets. The conduct and rhetoric of their employees definitely supports this point. I'm treated well and I'm comfortable and happy when I shop here because I'm never stereotyped. Seafood City is located in Anaheim, CA, right at the intersection of Euclid and La Palma.

New place, good location, very high prices, lacks organization, and the ready-made food is unhealthy. I do not recommend it.

So far, so good. The place is clean. The food court area is spacious. The Bakery and Grill City provides good food options. I recommend trying the BBQ pork and grilled salmon.
