Unprofessional staff and car wash is not the best… only uses water and soap. Does not have a machine to actually clean it. Car was still dirty after the middle tier $9.99 wash. Rip off.

Don't go here worst gas station on State College,unprofessional and the stores employees ,a ignorant disrespectful older woman works there "Beware of Rosa" evil unprofessional woman she should retire hangs the phone up on you because she can't understand english very well SMH it's no reason to be disrespectful if you are tired -Retire, old fool is one of the worst things to become later in life,it says I haven't learned s...! In my lifetime.??

I went to get propane, went inside to get a worker lady behind the counter made every excuse not to come out and fill my propane tank being lazy. Then a man (I think the manager ) came out from the back and helped me no problem at all. I just don’t understand what was so complicated about filling up our propane tank. Go to the one on ball rd. like I always do never had a problem there, but their credit card machine was down this time.

Bad service, two ladies at register seemed to be busy and answered rude as I asked for restroom key. I'm a truck driver just fueling up and using restroom no need to be rude while they're doing there JOB.

Everytime i ask to use my rewards number they always skip over that…they need to maybe have more training in that if they have no idea what they are doing

Worst experience, horribly mean attendant!! We ran over a razor blade resulting in huge tire leak in our 2016 Jeep Patriot. We needed air b4 rim got too close to the ground so we could use FixAFlat. The attendant would NOT turn on the air! We explained our situation yet he STILL REFUSED!! We were polite; dressed in business attire. Each time we asked earnestly he just stared w/an 'oh well, too bad' kind of expression...meanwhile, we could hear the air leak from where we stood by the cashier window! Needless to say we were now on the rim so could NOT use FixAFlat until air was added & had to drive on the rim (more damage!) to the next station. If I ran out of gas in front of this station I would walk with a gas can a mile down the street to the next one before giving that place one penny of business!!

Im walking up to the door and the door is locked I completely understand change shifts. The young man opens the door and I asked " do you sell face masks." He just gave me a smug looked and shook his head with disgust in his face. I only replied with "okay then ill buy a drink." After i walk to the counter again and he replies " can you afford that, we don't accept EBT?" I didnt want to argue and i just paid and left. I work at a gas station too and i would never treat my customers like this nor any human being.

Asked the lady working if I can get a propane tank exchange. She said, "no, hose not working." Told her I don't need to refill my tank I want to exchange it for one of the many full ones in the cage. She said, "you don't believe me? Hose not working!"

I've been trying to refill my gas tank for weeks now . Evertime I got back they say they'll fix it as soon as possible . That was a month ago and it's still not working .

This station as easy and out access. The prices are around the same as the other gas stations. This station has propane too. The convenience store is not always the best place to get coffee in the morning. I've been only using this station for gas lately.

I always come here for propane and gas. They are helpful with the propane and I am happy that I can do both when I fill up. Quality of service depends on the person behind the counter. Sometimes it's awesome and sometimes not so much

We stop here every now and then. Very clean, large and easy in and out. Never had any problems here, check it out.
