Cashiers are violating customers here. They hired uneducated, low key people. Cashier lady looked at my ID for a purchase and after seeing my name, she started asking me where I came from and telling me that I should go back to my country which is not appropriate. What a shame!

This gas station is conveniently located near the freeway, so I stopped to fill up after a date night dinner. All the pumps were working smoothly, and I had no issues while fueling. I noticed they also have a car wash and a convenience store. They also have diesel fuel. Overall, it was a quick and easy stop!

I used to always use this location for propane and filling up my SUV. But after the employee absolutely refused to cash out my $30 winning scratcher I purchased from them, I will certainly be looking elsewhere.

We had a horrible experience with the attendant in the gas station store when we were having car issues. To give background, we got off the freeway and came to this Shell gas station when our tire pressure light came on. We pulled next to the air machine to fill our tire, but we could hear the air coming out of a puncture and the tire was completely flat within 10 minutes of getting there. This was a rental car, and it did not have a spare or a tire repair kit, so our only option was to call a tow truck and an uber to carry our 6 passengers (which included 2 toddlers). During the 1.5 hours we were waiting for the tow truck, 3 cars came to get air and even though we were partially in the parking spot, they were able to pull their car close to the air machine and fill their tires, all while being compassionate and kind to us as they saw our flat. Despite this, the gas station attendant came out twice to yell at us AND call the police. Even after explaining the situation, she accused us of being "so rude" to those who needed to pump their tires. She told us that she knows we have a flat, but that we can still drive on the rim to move it out of the way. And worst of all, she ended up calling 911 to report us for staying too long and blocking the machine. The cop was very gracious to us, made sure we had a tow on the way, and seemed confused as to why the attendant called them. This woman really made an unfortunate incident much more stressful and lacked any sort of human decency or awareness of what warrants a 911 emergency.

Car wash does not accept cards you have to use an app. I have used it 2 times and when I pull through no water comes out so I have to go in and get a code to punch in. Just purchased the code inside and save yourself some time.

Horrible place! Pumps can't read your card. The contact less payments also don't work. Its almost 2023! You walk in and it feels old and disgusting. I got charged the same transaction twice. It's a nasty gas station in a decent neighborhood. Skip it and go a little up the street to CHEVRON.

Went to go in to get a drink . Didn’t have the one I wanted. On my way out I was stopped and got accused of stealing. I get they might have a theft problem but you can’t stop people without actually seeing them steal something.

Worst Shell Gas Station. Its like the owners are always too cheap to properly set up apple pay right or shell pay right. Tapping with your credit card never works, paying with the shell pay app here is the worst. It only works 1/10 times here if ur lucky and 9/10 times that you are not. You are left with 200$ pending charges until your credit card clears them. When you go in and talk to an employee they are always clueless and no nothing. Horrible gas station.

i Signed up for their platinum plan and I had a terrible experience. Their wash left soap scum stains if various colors all over my car. It also left water Spots all over the glass. I came our worse than when it went in. I ended up taking it to another car wash and spent 23 dollars for them to fix what this car wash did. in addition, thee dryer works sometimes and other times it doesn't.
