Really glad for their service on my car. This shell has a car repair shop, and I've taken it for brake repairs. Recently, my car was getting loud and found out my bearings on a tire needed to be replaced. Not an easy fix at home. They fixed my car same day, at a reasonable price. The repair shop as a whole is very professional, keep the car clean, and do a very good job with repairs. My car is quiet now again thanks to them!

On the way home, I decided to top off my motorcycle since they had special price day with lower gas prices. The Indian man behind the counter never looked at me, spoke to me and just took my cash and never said a word. I stood there wondering what i was supposed to do. Finally I just left. There was no hello, thank you or anything. I really felt bad after I left. I thought that maybe he had a bad day, but this was the second time in the last couple months he did this. I did notice a Jessica D. also had the same comments in February and it still continues. I cant imagine how many other people this has happened too. I wanted to fill up my truck there later, but decided against it. At least they must be making so much money, customer service is not needed. I wont be back.

This is the second time I will be leaving this comment the Indian man who works in the morning is so rude and I honestly feel he should be spoke. To I work in the shopping center I drive far to get here some times I get here before I can open my store and need to use the restroom and he refuses service and says they are not open however this is not what their website says I would appreciate if the owner would reach out to me to clarify policy. And as for the other employees they're great it's just the rude Indian man. He is awful and argumentative

I had a great experience here, unlike a lot of service centers. I rolled in with my engine light on and my vehicle misfiring. Shawn was on the phone so Avelino quickly came over to see how I could be assisted. I briefly explained and at that point Shawn was off the phone and listening in. He told me they could do diagnostics but I'd have to leave it for a couple hours. A couple hours sounds great compared to the dodge dealership that takes a whole week. I left it with him and sure enough in just a few hours he called me back with the code read and diagnostics on my work van. He gave me guidance to proceed. Since it's a new engine with only 7000 miles on it, He advised me to go back to where they installed it as I should be covered. They also didn't gouge me to run diagnostics like some places will. Obviously, days later I'm still waiting on dodge's diagnostics. However I am so grateful for rolling into this shop and being treated with honesty and respect by both of the gentlemen in this shop.

Glad I have this gas station near me, it is usually fairly priced and the staff is always friendly. They also have a service center. I enjoy the atmosphere of this location. As a single woman I always feel safe pumping gas here.

This has been our "go to" station. I trust them so much. Even my kids know "just take it to Sean" will be my answer when they tell me something is wrong with their car.

I had the pleasure of working with Sean Maize and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Not only was he incredibly honest and transparent about the work my car needed, but he also went above and beyond to find me the most affordable solution. I've had experiences in the past where mechanics have charged me an arm and a leg for repairs, but [mechanic's name] was different. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my car.What really stood out to me was how Sean called around to find the cheapest way to have my car fixed. He genuinely cared about finding the most cost-effective solution for me and my budget. It's rare to find a mechanic who values their customers like that these days.I would highly recommend the Shell Anaheim Hills Service Center to anyone in need of honest and reliable car repairs. First if all I come here for gas probably every week. Once time i need to use the restroom and at that time the cashier was away. He looked at me then i asked him for the key(he wasn't busy). Then he walked back to the ofc to get the key for me but he was shaking his head and looked so cranky. With his attitude, should you get the key from him? Anyway they should have a sigh the restrooms are for employees only. No more this location for me

I've been meaning to get on here to make a review... back in December I pulled up to get gas and was greeted soon after by one of the employees offering me a $25 gift card to use as either gas or store merchandise! This must be something they do at random during the holidays? :) What a thoughtful awesome surprise! It made my month and brought a smile to my face. Even though this gas station isn't the closest to my home, I will be going out of my way to visit there to purchase gas a lot more in the future because of this awesome act of kindness!Thank you A.H. Shell for your thoughtfulness!

Half the gas pumps are locked, the cashier is never present, and you cannot pay with a card do not come here

Fairly standard gas stations with a mini-mart attached. They do have a service garage which is unusual these days, hence a true mini-mart.Prices are a little higher due to zero competition, but you pay for the convenience of the location. Other than that, the place is clean, fairly easy to get in and out of, and you can use the app to pay which is very nice.

Thank you! I'm very grateful for the honesty and integrity displayed to me here! After being recommended a new tire from Toyota of Orange, I decided to get a 2nd opinion. They located the nail in my tire, to be in the center treads of the tire. Toyota of Orange told me it was near the sidewall of the tire, and they'd be unable to let me drive on a plug or patch that close to the sidewall. Unfortunately Toyota of Orange lied to me, but this Shell station picked up the slack.Instead of spending 200-300 at the dealership for a new tire and install, I spent only $25 for a plug.We all had a laugh at how dishonest Toyota of Orange was to me. I'll be back gentlemen.Everyone is so nice here!
