The senior man named PK at the cash register should work on the way he interacts with his customers — very condescending and abrasive. I doubt that this review will do anything though. When I asked for his name after our very unpleasant exchange, he gave it pompously without hesitation. I’ll just try to avoid this gas station in the future.

I have no issues with the gas station itself but it is absolutely ANNOYING with the screaming loud music that plays once you hit "pay". I don't need or want to listen to music provided by the gas station blaring in my ears in front of my face... if it were background noise from the overhead it would be okay.

I'm always happy when the app works to pay for my gas. Although it takes a little longer than swiping a credit card, it was more secure, and I love the paper trail. A fairly clean and easy to get in and out of Shell station. I have no complaints but nothing to really rave about either. In other words, it served its purpose for me getting gas before heading back to Orange County.

Came tonight to get a protein bar at 2:52 am lady working very rude and arrogant she doesn’t want to do her job she gave me the look because she got the wrong bar its like i made her walk a mile even tho i was trying to be nice i said have a good one and she gave me looks just want to say if you don’t want to do your job or you always work with attitude you should just quit because you are a waste of money i will he reporting to corporate.

The car wash at this location JUST SUCKS! Does not clean the car, just gets it wet. The pressure wash they use is cheap quality and soap system doesn't even spray enough to cover 1/2 the car. $11 down the drain and avoid this car wash at all cost. Save yourself the cash and avoid this car wash.

Older Indian male gas station attendant working April 15 around 5pm was either in a stinky mood or just has a really snarky personality. I couldn't tell for sure. But what I could tell was that I felt talked down to and not respected after our encounter. "Just put credit! Listen to what I say and we'll both get out of here on time!" Mhmm...

I have never received a reception as rude as the one I was greeted with today. The attendant started yelling at me the moment I arrived. I immediately left to take my business elsewhere. I will never spend another cent here again.

CHECK YOURSELF TO SEE IF CARWASH IS OPEN. They let me buy a car wash but didn't warn me that they had someone "cleaning" it. Been here an hour still waiting. Tried asking the cashier if they can find out how long it will take, and I was told to go ask the guy myself.

I finally found another 100% TOUCH-FREE car wash!!! The gas station I used to go to replaced their touch-free wash with a "soft touch" which we all know scratches your car paint.I opted for the $9 Delux wash. I walked in, paid, and was handed a car wash punch card (5th wash is FREE). Every wash option on Tuesday's is $2 OFF. And you get a FREE wash on your birthday (you must show a valid, current ID). They offer an unlimited wash program for $25/month.It had been over a month since my car had been washed and it came out satisfactorily clean. Is it spotless, or as detailed as a hand wash? No, but for $9 I can not complain.

Hands down the worst car was I have ever experienced.Long line, took a very long time to get through, and did a terrible job washing my car.Got the most expensive package. My wheels were not clean at all, there were an almost unimaginable number of water spots on my car, and the "dryer" dropped a bunch of sudsy water down my windshield.I had to go home and redo the entire car myself. May as well just wash it myself.

I've been here several times. Most recent time, I paid for the full wash and dry. The dryer did not work. I waited, pulled up slowly, nothing. I dried my car with a towel I had and told the owner. He told me no one else said it didn't work and wanted to walk me over to see that it worked. I told him that I paid the full amount and it didn't work for me. He would do nothing to resolve it. I'm not going back.
