I made an appt on their website and it was confirmed. I called to make sure my scheduled haul pickup was set but all I got was an answer machine. I called another junk hauling company and they answered right away and came to pick up my junk within the hour. I guess they didn't want my business.

We called the company last minute for our move & they helped us get rid of all trash & things we no longer wanted. The guys were professional. They even offered to help with moving things that didn’t have to do with the trash! The guys were happily doing their job & were good at communicating. I definitely recommend them!

Made an appointment for today, didn't show and blocked my phone number for no reason. Couldn't get the booking info right in the first place. They had to rebook it 3 times to get the day and time correct. It isn't worth supporting a small business if they don't act like a business. Call 1-800-GOT-JUNK if you want reliability.

We called Martin for a quote to get rid of a mattress. He was so nice on the phone and gave us a pick up window later the same day. When Martin and his friend got here, we asked if they were also able to take the bed frame and a couple big bookshelves in addition to the mattress. He was very transparent about pricing and relieved us of so much stress. Thank you Martin and friend!!

SoCal Junkmen we’re fantastic! I needed two couches and a few other items hauled away, I called them at 10AM and they were there by noon! The guys who came were friendly and quick. Best of all it was very reasonably priced! 10/10 would definitely use them again.

This company is awesome! I needed to schedule a sofa and kitchen cart pick up for ASAP. I put in my request for the next morning and was immediately called to confirm the pickup date and time. The team was prompt and friendly when they arrived. There are many junk removal companies out there but I recommend SoCal Junk Men because of the easy scheduling, promptness of the team, and clear communication!
