Overall this was a horrible stay. They charge $35 for parking per day, some people were given parking passes to display in their window we were not given one. There is no free coffee in the lobby I had to pay for a small child sized cup of coffee. Being a Hilton honors member since 2012 I know what is expected from Hilton hotels. When we checked in we were not given any complimentary waters and the girl at the desk was rude and dismissive. We booked the fireworks/pool view room, but the view included looking at the entire hotel dumpsters that were uncovered and full of trash that we could see from our room. There was not even a lid on the dumpster bins or a gazebo to hide them from view. The room was humid and stuffy upon check in, and we had to switch rooms because the A/C in the first room was loud and rattling and did not appear to be cooling the room based on the humidity and stuffiness. Also in our first room the bathroom door did not lock and the shower pull tab was too hard to pull to start the shower, and the water was lukewarm our entire stay. The water pressure in the shower was also very weak. The decor is basic in the halls and rooms, the lobby is misleading because it smells good and is the nicest part. It seems like the lobby is where all the updates went. The beds are springy and hard, the furniture in the room is old and almost falling apart. The small refrigerator was not very cold and there is no adjustments. There is not even a clock AT ALL in the room, we had to keep checking our phones to see the time. They did not even have a simple Hilton notepad or pen in the room. The pool is open from 8A-Midnight everyday. Children were in the pool screaming and being loud until 11PM when people are trying to sleep. I am very disappointed and also offended that they are a Hilton affiliate hotel. They do not positively represent Hilton Hotels and in my opinion are creating a bad reputation for Hilton Hotels. I have never in my 13 years as a Hilton Honors member had as many issues with any other Hilton Hotels as I have had here. The main plus is it’s a 10 minute walk to Disneyland, but there are many other hotels within walking distance in this area. This was supposed to be a great birthday vacation going to Disneyland, but this hotel has made it less enjoyable. Save your money and book somewhere else when in Anaheim.

The room was huge and the beds were so comfy with firm mattresses (the best)! Plus, you can’t beat the location if you’re going to Disneyland.
Taking a star away for the service. There were a few instances that made me say, “hmmm…this could have been better.” When we arrived late (like after midnight), the man at the front desk was giving one word/as short as possible answers to our questions and was just not very helpful at all.
Here’s an example of a conversation we had:
Us: is there a Disneyland shuttle that stops at this hotel?
Him: yes.
Us: oh awesome! And how does it work? Do you have to ask it to stop?
Him: it comes every 30 minutes.
Us: do you happen to know the times it’s supposed to stop here?
Him: every 30 minutes. 9:00, 9:30, 10:00.
It wasn’t until the next morning when we chatted with a different, very helpful staff member at the front desk that we learned that it does not come on the hour and half hour exactly. She also explained that it’s $6 per person, per direction so she always recommends that people just use Uber or Lyft because it’s about $8 per ride and would save us some money. We were very appreciative of her information!
The second thing that made us question the service was the fact that we never got housekeeping in our 2 days there. We left for Disneyland around 9 am and came back after midnight to unmade beds. I don’t think I’ve ever left a hotel room so early and not gotten housekeeping before. We were staying at a Motel 6 before this where we would always leave our room after 11am, and we’d still come back to nicely made beds, so I was really surprised that the service was better at a Motel 6 than a Hilton hotel.
Finally, we asked for a late checkout since our flight didn’t leave until the evening and we needed to kill some time. They said the latest they could do was noon. Yep, no problem. Around 11:30, a staff member (my husband said they weren’t housekeeping) came knocking on our door asking us what we were still doing there. We had to explain that we’d asked for a late checkout, but they didn’t seem to have a record of it and seemed annoyed that we were still there.
Overall, a good experience, but there’s definitely some room for improvement.

The hotel is nice and in a prime location. However, the food service is horrible. The breakfast we ordered the morning we went to Disneyland was awful. The were out of key ingredients that they didn't mention when we ordered on phone. They put the wrong salsa with our order. Instead of hash browns like the menu stated, they put in tater-tots. Lastly, the food wasn't good so we ended up throwing it away at the park & buying more food. Won't stay here again

The front desk host was so nice. She was so helpful. I meant to get her name but couldn't. Please look her up. She checked us in on Wednesday July 16th in the afternoon. So helpful.
The rooms are nice. Some damage in the bathroom walls but overall the room was nice. The walkability to Disneyland resort was awesome. So simple and less then 15 minutes. Food was good. Expensive but fresh and good.

It’s the best hotel I ever lived in US!
It’s walkable to Disneyland, don’t waste your parking fee!

Great location for quick Uber ride to Disneyland, we didn’t attempt to walk it. On our first night at the hotel, we were able to watch the fireworks at Disneyland…we had a room overlooking the pool area and the view of the fireworks were beautiful!

For how expensive hotels can be around Disneyland, this one was really good for the price. It’s only about a 15-20 minute walking distance and parking is very easy if you have a personal or rental car. The breakfast was very good, the room was clean, modern, and I felt very safe here. If I ever come back to Disneyland, I will definitely come back here.

The new building just 15-20 “walking “ minutes from the Disneyland. Under the umbrella of Hilton.

Predatory Hidden Fees, buyer beware. We stayed Thursday and Friday night and had to switch rooms because our first room smelled like vomit. We switched rooms in the middle of the night and realized either the cleaning supplies or something made that whole place smell like vomit, or someone vomited in the vent. The hotel has no circulation, air flow, so you are gassed out with cleaning supplies that smell like puke. Just step into your bathroom and take a smell yourself. You get charged for internet, no breakfast and the hotel is overrated, I was shocked to discover this is a Hilton hotel, which I have now avoided for the rest of my two-week vacation. California was supposed to be land of the kind, but being taken advantage of isn't hospitality and I hope others avoid this place like the plague. The only name that comes to mind is predatory. Originally, they double charged me for my stay, which I pointed out and they fixed right away, but a few days later after I left, they charged me additional fee. I would never stay here again, and it is on my top list of avoid and who I tell to avoid.

Favorite hotel to stay in when we go to disney. Easy to walk to and from the park but in a quiet area.

Great location (10-15 minute walk to park gates), awesome service, and very reasonable prices for the area. The pool is also very nice and it was never too busy. We had issues with our fridge, but they replaced it promptly. The trundle bed was broken, but still usable. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick walk to parks. Very clean. Freeway noise was not an issue.
