Been coming to this laundromat since they open in early 2000’s. Have been a constant customer ever since. It’s clean and friendly staff with the exception of one of their recent employees. I think he has been working at this place for approximately a year. He is the rudest person. I usually avoid going on the days he is there but today (7/12/24) I had to go do my laundry and it was his workday. I arrived at the laundromat around 7:30 pm. I usually go at this time and have no issues with other staff. Can’t go any earlier cuz of work. The laundromat was pretty empty. Thereafter more customers came in and the moment more customers started to come in he was behind every customer telling them to move because he didn’t to clean and mop. He even had people move from folding tables because he had to mop. There was a lady doing her laundry and finished washing around 9pm and was going to start drying. Well he came to her and told her to move because he needed to mop that side of the laundromat and the lady nicely said she knew but she needed to get her clothes out of the washer to dry. Well this guy, I call him guy cuz I don’t know his name. He literally yell at her and kick her out of the laundromat with all her wet clothes when she literally had about an hour to dry as the laundromat closes at 10pm. Last wash is at 9pm so she had time to dry may not have time to fold but to dry she did. Everything was caught on camera and hopefully the owner does something about it if he doesn’t want to continue to lose customers. He has always been the rudest person and is unbelievable he is still working there. He has the worst attitude and customer service. If he doesn’t like his job he should look for another one. I have been witness of many of his incidents where he has been rude to the customers even to the customers that go for water as the laundromat also has water machines. I have seen where he has kick them out at 9pm cuz the laundromat is close when it usually closes at 10pm.

Stopped by to do some laundry while traveling. Prices were more than fair and the machines and facilities were spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back if I find myself needing laundry in Anaheim again!

In general it is a good experience if you visit this place in the morning (I usually go every Thursday).The lady who works there is very kind, she is very friendly and she is almost always doing something to keep the place clean.But DON'T go in the afternoon!!!!...It occurred to me to go on a Wednesday afternoon and what a disappointment ?, the place was terrible...these photos were taken at different times just to see that the person who was "working" spent the entire time on his phone and with a cloth in her hand according to "cleaning the machines"...the lady did not move from the same place, attending to her SmartPhone more than her workplace...in reality...it was a very bad experience.

Very clean and very friendly staff. Approach the lady if anything. There are only a few seats here and plenty of parking outside.

I mind my business, and that's it. I don't judge people by their looks because that's called "stereotyping," Please don't look at people and categorize them solely by their looks. Have an open mind and treat people with respect and kindness based on their actions rather than by the way someone looks so that everyone will feel comfortable as they go about their day-to-day business. I gave 3 stars because the customer service was great, but the overall experience was rather glum.

Very disappointed! Been coming here for years and the quality of the place is diminishing. It's expensive and they don't care for the customers. AC is not turned on until later and it gets really hot. They have mosquitos everywhere because of this. No air circulation. I let the owner know but he blew me off.

Dropped off a duffle bag full of my baby's and my clothes, they charged the minimum $23 and had it washed, dried, and folded by the next day (after 5pm)Girl at the office is super friendly and helpful in answering all my questions.Its less than a mile away from the Disneyland park, definitely worth it to have everything washed and cleaned before heading back home. Saved me the hassle of washing myself and a great price!

Today was my last wash at this laundromat. Although they are bringing in new machines they don't work! My washer barely had any water and the new dryers at $1 for 10 minutes is ridiculous. I paid $3 and my clothes were still not dry.

The only thing I did not appreciate was that there's not enough seating or space to easily maneuver around but the dryers worked good and washers. Also the people working there where available to quickly help.

2½ ⭐ they refuse to give change left on the card, so you have to calculate the exact amount that you are going to spend, unless you don't mind over-paying.the younger woman that works there is good. the older man in glasses is very rude. the bathroom is clean. (April 2023) the dryer machines are weak, it takes a long time to dry clothes after washing.
