The home internet is depriottizing me every day around 8am until 10pm. So when I work and need it most. It goes consistently slow and sometimes goes just kilobytes per second. I have called and complained. The representative said I'm in a congested area. There are too many people trying to use the internet at the same time as me. So I need to switch back to cable as much as I really don't want to. Right now it says 60KB per second. When I first installed this service the same day it was getting 200MB per second and was extremely fast. But I know it's that they deprioritize us internet users because my cell phone still gets 100mb per second speeds. Just the hoke internet is stuck with the slowest lane for traffic and its useless for 40bucks and month.

Shoutout to Christian for being so helpful and patient today assisting my partner & I buying new phones!! Long story short, I was cut off of the family plan by my sister and needed a new service line, as well as a new phone for both my partner and I. Christian was sympathetic to my situation, extremely patient, and very knowledgeable with all the questions we had. He went above and beyond with his customer service and was very helpful in picking a new phone number that was closest to what my previous phone number was. He even helped the suegra in creating an online T-Mobile account and made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free for us all. He was extremely thorough and genuinely just a nice person. This location is definitely my new favorite, thanks to Christian!

The workers here are very friendly. The new manager Nate is an angel. The manager Adriana (i think that's her name) knows I'm a member of t mobile for years and knows me personally. She wouldn't assist me without a photo Id even though i was robbed and have a copy and photo. I'm suing this company and she should have never been a manager in the first place. She's two faced and lacks people skills. Rude and condisending. Rude to people that have disabilities and are not patient or kind. Promote Nate and Abril! Get rid of this witch! We bought a family plan for 4 people. However, one of our line was still alive, so Ana called the customer service and solved the problem. I wasn't happy with one of our phone and they let us switch it to a different one in 14 days. We got a Samsung A54 for cheap, thabks to Christian and manager Jairo.The employees were very patient and kind. This was our first time at T Mobile and we were afraid it wouldn't go well, but everyone was very helpful. We will come back again!

Unhelpful. Phone still has network issues. Was told I wasn't the primary account holder. Go back and check and was clearly the primary account holder. Their systems are highly outdated.

This store in wsta location Costs with The worst customer service, The employees just walk around the store and make you wait unnecessarily, and with their new rules to pay $ 5 Dolores per Processor The Payment unless you do it in the machine It's absurd, there are people who don't understand how to use it and are by your side throughout the process! a little silly since they enter all the information, which is not the same if they do it!!! If the company makes changes like Verizon, they will lose customers

We had the opportunity to go to this T-Mobile location. Lincoln and State College. The service was great. We talked to Jairo and Evelyn . They did a great job . They have many plans to choose from . They were very helpful to explain all the options . We highly recommend this place.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR IDENTIFICATION UNLESS YOU HAVE EASY ACCESS TO POLICE INTERVENTION! Waited 29+ mins before being ANTI helped by Aaron, during which Edwin (manager that I walked up to in order to profess seeing 3 families come and go before I was even thought of) made abysmal service even worse. Tried to talk me into a phone without using my insurance benefit for the old one. Had literally no customer service. Have to file the claim on my own. Stole my Identification. Our family has been T-Mobile customers for years without issues before this ghetto trash store. When I asked about my ID they got defensive, shoulder to shoulder like they were ready to fight for it. I left and am going to the police station right now, just thought to leave a review since it was the most outrageous incident.

Do not go to this store. They will not help you fix issues with iPhone. They have poor customer service. Made my wife cry. I will be getting hold of their corporate to file a formal complaint and get a lawyer if needed. This is horrible service. They even sold me something I didn't want and because I'm over 55 I guess they figured I wouldn't notice. I did.

We went there needing a screen protector replacement. When we got there asked the lady who greeted us if they had a replacement for my phone in stock because we were already at different locations and they had it out of stock, she said yes and we proceeded to wait our turn in line. After almost 45 minutes waiting the guy who was helping us said they don't have a replacement in stock for my phone. So why did they have me wasting my time there.
