I’ve lived here for a while now and the team is the best Leslie, Anabey, and Jeremy are in the front desk and they are super helpful with everything and anything. The porters specially Julia try their best to keep this place looking great. The technicians handle work orders in a timely manner. The area itself is nice and everything is walking distance.

I’ve lived in the Broadway Arms building for 2.5 years and I love it here! Clean, well taken care of, and tons more space in our apartment than any other apartment I’ve seen/lived in. Also love the gated parking and the nice gym! Couldn’t be in a better location - so many great restaurants and activities within close walking distance. John Michael from the maintenance team is also awesome!! He’s super quick to respond to any service tickets we submit and is always thorough and explains everything to me as he goes. This is a great place to call home.

Amazing service! Always nice and attentive. Best maintenance team I have ever encountered. I feel like the complex is run by Disney. They always exceed expectations and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and happy.

Hello! I would just like to shoutout Anabey with the leasing department at The Mix @ CTR City. She was nothing short of wonderful and was the biggest help in looking for an apartment. She was very informative and professional. I’m very grateful to have met her. Thank you Anabey!!!

I love it here and everything is right here grocery stores, buses, stores, boutiques restaurants everything everything is right at your fingertips here I love the view from my apartment. I love it all. I do get a little stressed about leaving my phone at home because then I won’t be able to get in but other than that, it’s very secure here. I feel absolutely secure here. Great place to live.

I lived here for a year, this being because of the and experience and didn’t want to renew my lease. Within ten months we had maintenance over 26 times; the concerns ranged from a broken window that was never fixed, outlets not working and causing no power to the bedroom, a broken washer (6 visits before I got a new one), broken AC (3 visits before it worked which took nearly 3 months), broken toilet, broken garbage disposal and washer flooded apartment and had a industrial fan for a week! Other than that having a way over priced security deposit and finding out after the fact that what the leasing office told me isn’t right and we shouldn’t have paid that much. Also, someone parked in my parking spot a few times and they refused to do anything for me! They said call the towing company and all will be okay, yet the towing company told me to call didn’t service that area anymore and when I called security with the number from the leasing office it lead to a disconnected phone line.
I was chased often by homeless people often and followed while walking my dog on a weekly basis. The area is nice but not safe, especially at night.
The reason I am giving a 3 stars is because the maintenance was so nice, worked fast and helpful, they tried to make my experience better which was amazing. John Michael, Matthew and Roy were the best and helped so much in the many visits we had. The location is super central to a lot of fun things which was amazing. I also had good experiences with the leasing office once they actually responded, Jeff was always helpful (took a while to hear back). I also had an easy move in and move out process and no issues getting my deposit back.

I had to live here a while before I could leave a truly genuine review. I loved the whole experience from the beginning with my tour with Anabey, She made me feel like we went on a mini adventure. It was so cool! I love how everything is so close, the packing house within walking distance. Vons across the street, and Hello.....Disney Land being so close and all! I can see the fireworks from my unit every night, that alone is so "Awesome" but I wanted to see what it would be like once I was an actual resident. I was definitely not disappointed at all. The girls in the office are so sweet and kind, always going above and beyond to help how ever possible. The maintenance team is so on top of things, and come when they say they are gonna come, which is huge for me being so traumatized from my previous apartment experiences. I love it when my family and friends come over because I can show off my beautiful unit and new found community. So happy to be here, so recommend ?

My wife and I have been grateful for the whole move-in experience. It was an extremely easy process, and the staff have been outstanding. Anabey and Leslie in the office have both been incredibly helpful with ALL of our questions and hurdles, and Carlos and Roy in maintenance have been on top of every request, often within two hours of putting the request in. Real pros. We really feel like we're in good hands here. The apartment is gorgeous and comfortable and we love the area. It's been a win all around.

The Mix has gone down in management and maintenance in the past few years. Ever since greystar took over things got worse and no issues are getting resolved. I was promised things when I first moved in over a year ago but everything seems to be on “back order”….. a lot of the residence can agree that we have been very disappointed in the upkeep and management support (or the lack there of).
The elevator keeps breaking down and hasn’t been fixed. If you come back from a trip with big luggage or have a big cart of groceries, good luck because you will have to walk them up 4 flights of stairs. If you are disabled don’t even move here because they won’t help you. There are bugs everywhere. They allow ALL breeds of dogs so if you are an animal owner just be aware there are many unfriendly dogs here. They have even had pipes leak in the garage and claim it’s from the restaurant next door so you have to step in shxt filled puddles to get into your car and the smell makes you want to gag but refuses to just give you another parking spot in order to avoid getting shxt in your car. Not to mention the gate keeps breaking allowing break-ins.
Security here does absolutely nothing so not sure why they pay these people. Every time a homeless person is found near or on the premises of the building they just look at them and do nothing to remove them. I fear for my safety sometimes bc I know they would probably just turn the other way if anything happened. I have had MANY unwanted homeless guests in the hallway but nobody comes to get them when I call.
You either have to love taking scorching hot showers or freezing cold showers…..there’s no in between. Maintenance has told me there’s nothing they can do so my showers have been miserable ever since I moved In.
Oh and during the summer good luck using the amenities. I went to try to enjoy the pool for the first time and the umbrellas were closed and laying on the floor so I called the leasing office to have someone put them up so I can be in the shade on the hot summer day. They told me they had no one available to help me bc they are soooooo busy. I told the leasing agent how am I supposed to enjoy the amenities we pay for….the umbrellas shouldn’t even be on the ground, why aren’t they up and ready to be used. I had to argue how it wasn’t renter friendly for the amenities to not be usable and enjoyable and then she had to talk to her maintenance and then say I was right. Someone eventually came an hour later. But I’m just confused why the residents aren’t priority. It’s always about how management doesn’t have the time or capabilities to do things around here so I’m just wondering what are they doing to help us.
And if there is an event going on good luck getting in and out of your apartment. They literally block you in the garage and you have no way of getting in or out. They send an email to you hours before the event to tell us we cannot leave or come in….how can you be okay with blocking your residents in?! I called to say that I had many appointments before leaving for a trip that day and they said “oh well, you are going to have to contact the city there’s nothing we can do”….i had to call the city and police department on my own in order to allow me and other residents to get in and out. I should be getting paid instead of management bc it seems like I care more for the residents then they do.
Oh and then they will raise rent on you every year with none of these issues resolved hahah I think that’s a joke. Surprised the city hasn’t shut them down yet.

Great location, wonderful team. Brian, Julia, Julio, Matthew, Roy have been awesome. Response to maintenance requests is top tier! We trust our building team totally. My wife and I have been here for nine years are very happy.
Our building does needs a little more "tender loving care" - then again, we all do. We have been living with a single elevator for many months now. Lots of pet stains on hallway carpets. An alarm in our lobby has been going off since Thanksgiving. Our windows haven't been washed in many years, so I am grateful for the recent rains.
These are small issues compared to the big ones. We feel secure, our view of Anaheim is beautiful, and our neighborhood is terrific.

Avoid this apartment!! Zero control on noise complaints. The management team never care about the noise from neighbor. No matter how much the upper unit tenant makes noise late night to early in the morning or all day long, the management team never give a damn about your complaints. They just don’t care how you are dissatisfied living in this apartment. I’ve been suffered insomnia while living here since the noisy upper unit neighbor moved in and made complaints to the management team but nothing has been changed or better for 2 years. Can’t wait to leave this apartment. If you want to move in here, make sure to get the top floor then you can make noises all day and night as much as you want without any restriction or warning.

Greediest apartments I've ever lived in. My current lease ended on the 4th of January, however we were completely moved out by the end of December (we even deep cleaned the apartment to make it easier on the make-ready team). We were promised a prorated rent for the 4 days of January that our lease was up for, however when we went to return our keys, they doubled back on their promise and are now forcing us to pay $3400 for the entire month of January, in an apartment that they took the keys for. They don't see you as a tenant, they see you as dollar signs.
