I enjoyed my stay at Third Encore in Anaheim.. great facility in all regards. Perfect for making music. Clean, well-maintained.. and made for the purpose of music/recording/rehearsing. Highly recommend to any and all musicians in OC, CA. Good value and management. Good neighbors, trustworthy property and decent location. Thumbs way up!+ :)

Top notch 24 hour lockout studios. 24/7 CCTV around the building and in the hallways. Each room has it's own heat and A/C controls as well as internet hook-ups. Been renting from here for years now and don't have any plans on leaving any time soon. Sorry to our neighboring rooms.
