“Had a great experience. Never shopped in a pawn shop before but the guy who helped me was amazing and answered all my questions and was fair at pricing. Would definitely recommend this place.”

“The Eli Home is amazing. I've only purchased clothes but it's generally always in good condition and at reasonable prices. I see that they have a lot of furniture that seems to be in great condition - I haven't had the need to purchase any but I'm sure when I do need some, I'll stop by The Eli Home first.”

“They had nice clothes and no spots or stains. The atmosphere was nice. They had some fun and unique items of clothing. Some items were priced fair. Ut some items were way too high. 9.99 for almost all the flannels, including o es that sell for that price at a major dept store.”

“Pretty cool place. I'm not a Disney fanatic, but I can appreciate this place. They have a lot of clothing and small plush figures. I found a 1987 collectible mickey in a box it was only $10.”

“First time coming here and it was a good place...everything was color coordinated so it made it easy looking for clothes...tell you the truth i dont have patience looking through clothes but this place made it fun ..i was able to find 3 shirts and only spend below 10 dollars. I usually dont so thrifting but my sister in law introduced it to me and let me tell you ...if you look you will fins some treasures and you can find vintage clothing ...store associates are friendly and helpful...store is clean and clothes are in good condition...4 stars is because they dont have restrooms...so make sure before you come make sure to use bathroom or even dont drink liquids while shopping because you might need to hold it ...but overall experience was pleasant and good vibes”

“I am a avid goodwill thrift store shopper even though I have a lot of money, I like the finds that I find coming to this one. Misty and nicole were beyond amazing. They helped from the moment I walked in. They were laughing. They had good vibes. I mean, definitely on their customer service alone I would return so if you're ever in the Anaheim area come show them some love they deserve it.... this was at closing on 7/2/24”

“This place is one of the best thrift stores I've ever been to (and I've shopped alot of thrift stores). They have awesome merchandise at very reasonable prices. There is always fresh and new stock. I sometimes just stop in to see what new treasures have been put out. You want to give yourself some time to explore because you never know what you'll find. The staff there is very friendly and helpful as well. They will assist you in any way possible when asked and are happy to help. My only complaint I would have is limited parking up front and fills quickly when they are busy. But they do have plenty of parking in back, just have to walk a bit to get to entrance. My only other regret is not finding this place sooner. I would highly recommend this place and suggest you check them out if you get the chance.”

“I found some items a bit dirty collecting dust on the shelves. They should clean that sometimes to avoid that. Other than that everything good there. You can find some very good items with good conditions. The employees are very friendly.”

“I went through there in 1986, and 1987, then, in '88 I completed the program. Barely.
I came in a homeless heroin addict, but left clean and with a better outlook.
There wasn't much of a program back then except work, church on Wednesday and Sunday and whenever you broke the rules.. counseling.
But, it worked for many year.. until the sudden uprising in hard drugs usage and all of the baggage that accompanied.
I left there and became an alcohol/drug counselor and case manager.
I met Paul Darnley, a fellow ARC graduate and counselor.
He was speaking in one of my classes about restructuring the Salvation Army to include more support and stricter guidelines.
I was able to go back a few years later as a county worker for a day and was impressed with the changes.
I'll tell you something else.. you'll never have better food and lot's of it.
I went from a disgusting 165 lbs., to around 220 in four months.
I left the kitchen and became a truckers helper and got healthy as heck.
On weekends we'd walk to the Cinedome and pay for one movie but go into another one after it was over.. we saw 3 movies in a row one Saturday.. my mind was jelly.
I read what another reviewer wrote about the homeless in the area.. there's railroad tracks and open fields and empty lots without much light. Lots of areas without scrutiny.”
