Bought the duramax FPRV tool 14400. I had to loosen the bolts on the egr cooler and remove the front egr. It takes a little trial and error to figure out the right procedure. Saved me a lot of tare down. The tool works great. Is the torq extension 4" ? You helped this farmer.

I made a purchase thru their Amazon store for a Gearwrench 1/4 ratchet, 3 days later the same ratchet shows up on Amazon for $10. less. I contacted them thru Amazon and they ask for a picture of the lower price tool which is being sold by a competitor.The reply was it’s a competitor selling and it’s a sale price so we are not going to price match. I hadn’t received the tool yet so tried to cancel but couldn’t. It was $3.95 postage to return plus my time.I’m keeping the tool and eating the $10. because I travel and work on location, I’m home 1 day a week and I’m not spending it going to the post office.I will make sure to check who I’m buying from from this point.TomCaned response, not even relevant to the issue. Typical of a company that is loosing touch with the customer…..

placed the order my credit card was charged never got the part I sent two emails and and a phone call left message still no response i had to start a dispute with pay pal to try to get my money or the part I would give no stars if possible

I ordered hand and power tools for my husband as a gift expecting shipping to take over a week but it all arrived in 3 days! Great pricing and fast shipping. Will definitely recommend if you want your items to arrive ASAP especially with the holidays coming up.

ToolShackWeb was not only priced fairly but with great customer service. Whether I called for a question or had a concern, I spoke to an actual human being who answered my question. They worked with me to make sure that all was well and then emailed to make sure I had received my order. Shipping was done very quickly! One of the items was out of stock and within two days I had my refund! I will definitely be doing business again with this great company!

This company is incompetent and then makes blatant lies to cover up their errors, then scrwes you. I ordered to small flat parts that easily fit in an envelope. The part is less than $8 each. Shipping for both was $15. I needed the parts and they supposedly had the fastest delivery time. The envelope arrived with only one part. When contacting them, they said it was shipped in two packages, despite me only getting one tracking number. Instead of just sending another envlope with another part, they said they'd refund me the money for one part and told me to order again ($8 part, plus $15 shipping). They finally refunded half the cost of shipping, but I still need to find another part. No way will I ever do business with this shady company. Note, their address is just a shell / shared office space. They're not legit. It's probably just a guy working in his underwear in his mother's back room at home. .

Terrible policy regarding defective items. This company refuses to cross-ship a replacement for a defective product. They expect the customer to ship back to them the defective product, then wait for a refund to be issued, and finally to re-order. This process would take nearly a month to play out. Thank God American Express recovered my money! Buy from Zoro instead! Zoro customer service is superb!

Great prices, IF they can actually find the item in their warehouse to send to you. The one item that I came to the site to buy was a special tool I desperately needed to complete repairs on my daily driver. The website showed 2 in stock before I completed the checkout process (I also found 3 additional items I wanted to get free shipping) so I assumed it was just a matter of how fast FedEx could get from CA to MI. I got 2 tracking numbers on Monday that were due to be delivered by Wednesday which was perfect for my time-line. EXCEPT the 2 boxes included the 3 extra items and NO special tool, I was immediately irritated since there were only 2 tracking numbers provided for the entirety of my order.I then logged into my account on their site to see if there were any notes on the order....nothing. A phone call was then made to "customer service" which got off to a poor start when I selected option 2 to inquire about an existing order but got transferred to someone who didn't work in the department (or didn't feel like doing their damn job and pawned me off). Up to this point I was only mildly irritated but was still easily able to be cordial with the man who WAS willing to help, but not ABLE in hindsight.I completely lost my cool when he informed me that the tool was on backorder with no clue when it would return to stock. I told him to refund the order and that I would never consider shopping with them in the future.After ending that call I immediately ordered the tool from another supplier that I hadn't originally used because of an increase in transit time. At this point I had no choice and this option was the best available.Within 15 minutes after the call to Customer service my phone rang, it was the guy from toolshack again. This time he had a different story about my order, he talked to the warehouse manager a second time after our first call and figured out that the tool had indeed been shipped with a third tracking number that had not been updated on my account. This development further fueled my rage since I now knew that I was dealing with a garbage company that only gets business by undercutting the competition.
