Train Insane is such a special place! I've been coming here for over 10 years and it's not just because I enjoy lifting weights. The community at this gym is unlike any other and that's thanks to the owner, Geoff, and his team of dedicated and encouraging coaches. They truly invest in their members' health and well being. Geoff strategically and intentionally designs his programs to teach us proper technique, support our individual physical needs and goals, and demonstrate the benefits of weight lifting in real world application. If you are looking for a place to START, GROW and BE EMPOWERED on your health journey, this is the place for you!

If you’re looking for a great gym with knowledgeable coaches, and awesome people, this is the place to be there is no judgment. Everybody is so supportive of each other and the environment is so welcoming. I highly recommend train insane for your fitness needs. I’ve been going to Train Insane for 12 years and can’t imagine not having this gym and community in my life.I first started at Train Insane with no experience lifting weights but the coaches and other gym members are so supportive I never felt conscious and have been able to keep with my fitness goals through the years with their support and knowledge.The program Train Insane offers is a thought out program designed to make you get stronger and see results, plus you have access to nutrition coaching to really help you achieve your goals.I thoroughly love having this gym, and all if its coaches and members as a part of my daily routine!

I’ve been a member with Train Insane little over a year and I’m addicted. Owner and all the coaches are amazing and so supportive, always there and available to guide you.An added bonus was my teenage son signed up for their summer and winter break programs. He loved it! He was so confident heading into his high school weight room after getting the proper training! We love Train Insane!

I’ve been a member at Train Insane for just over a year and it has been a fantastic experience. Prioritizing strength training has transformed my body. Even though I’d been lifting weights occasionally for nearly a decade, I quickly learned that my technique needed to be improved. Since the classes are small, I’ve received a lot of feedback and support from the coaching staff. Even a year later, I still have questions and the coaches are always more than happy to help.If you’re tired of cardio or one size fits all classes, do not hesitate to check out Train Insane. With nutritional support included, it is an incredible value!!p.s. the members are fantastic too! I’ve never felt intimidated and I always feel welcomed!

Awesome Gym, but even better than that is it’s an amazing program with a ton of great perks. I can honestly say it’s the best kept gym secret in Anaheim Hills, Orange, Yorba Linda, Placentia, Fullerton and Villa Park area. People drive from as far as Huntington Beach to go here. It’s like an all inclusive resort but a gym ? it’s not just a workout but you get nutrition counseling also as part of the program. And the people aren’t crazy Insane gym freaks like the name implies, it’s just catchy but the coaches do great and will help you accomplish your goals.

Hidden gem, weight training sessions/classes are Mon-Tues and Thurs-Fri. Make up sessions Wednesdays and Saturdays. Nutrition sessions are held via online meetings. Awesome coaches, highly motivated, wonderful and friendly judge free crowd

I adore Indianapolis. The gym is not for the mediocre exercises you do there! Excellent track area with tires, ropes, sleds, and kettlebells. Good hours, constant cleanliness, and the inspiration of seeing others working hard all the time.

Been going here for 1 week now and I feel amazing already! The staff is super sweet and caring! They made sure to have time with me one-on-one and made sure to not just throw me in the loop with the others and figure the workouts out on my own. I would definitely recommend to others!

There are many Gym locations to choose from but Train Insane Gym has it all. When looking for a place to train, it is extremely important to me that the coaching and training is superb. Geoff is a great coach, his attention to each one of his athletes is what makes the different. Whether you are new to lift weight, young or older, he works with you to optimize your health, strength and conditioning. Awesome place! Geoff is excellent and his program is top notch. Highly recommended!

I've been going to Train Insane off and on for severa years. The gym is far from me, which is why I've sometimes tried other programs or trainers, and yet I always go back to Train Insane. Geoff's gym is hands down the best program out there, and Geoff has more training knowledge than anyone I've ever worked with. A lot of programs I've tried are fine at training people who are in shape, but it's been scary to train with them as someone who is older and has a history of back problems. He is extremely careful with clients and has alway safely trained me. He is used to training older clients and clients with injuries, and has always made sure I progressed without injuring myself. He has also trained his staff so that I've always felt safe working with anyone on his team. In addition to his training knowledge, he has given me countless nutritional and weight loss information. His tips are practical and extremely helpful, and he has the right balance of compassion but also will push you to achieve your goals. His workouts are also fun, with the environment at the gym being a supportive community because they understand the importance of support in reaching your goals. If you're looking for a program, you're in great hands here.
