“A little back history... Sometime back in the mid 1980's I brought my VW GTI Rabbit to Bavarian Auto House as I was a living away from home to attend college. My Rabbit wasn't the most reliable car so I had it serviced regularly at Bavarian. After my VW, I never owned a foreign car again until I brought my 2018 Audi SQ5. Unfortunately, a rather detailed problem involving the coolant migrating where it shouldn't as well as my oil filter housing became cracked causing oil to leak everywhere. Originally, I brought it to Audi North OC but the cost of repairs wasn't worth the value of the vehicle in my opinion. Steve (owner) as well as Marvin (mechanic) were extremely attentive to my Audi and communicated exactly what was wrong and what they were going to do about it. The repair entailed pulling apart the whole front end of my car. They supplied pre photos and videos of what was wrong and post pictures of the repair. Additionally, I was allowed to inspect all of the parts they replaced and take photos of them. They did replace all of my parts with genuine Audi parts, not aftermarket. When I drove it home on a Friday night, a check engine light came on. I made it home ok and both of them came to my house to see what the problem was! It turned out to be some sort of vacuum hose that took literally two seconds to fix, but wow, great service!
I would highly recommend Bavarian Auto House! It was fun telling Steve (now owner and nephew of original owner?) I was a customer back in the 80's and they made such an impression on me then that remembered them and went back some 35+ years later.”

“Ive driven by this place multiple times and was pleasantly surprised by how much positive ratings there were on yelp. A place I can trust, that's quick, and near my home? I just moved to the area and called before coming. The person on the phone told me I could come in now and I came in about 10 minutes later with no wait. I was greeted and they asked me what I needed and I told them a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. They did just that all around 35 minutes and I was on my way out. Got everything I needed and there was no upsell oversell or selling me services I didn't need! Will recommend this place to my family and friends nearby!”

When I tell you this is THE best place to go in Orange County to get your car taken care of by honest and highly compassionate mechanics I mean it. I’m absolutely shocked by the level of customer service, expertise, and value provided by Matt and his team after taking my car to the dealership in Cerritos to replace my turbo charge and a oil leak costing 3 times the cost and multiple days to fix it . They have honest reasonable prices and get the work done same day or next day .
Professionalism and courtesy is what keeps me coming back. Matt is a huge part of that. In a city as big and busy as Los Angeles and Orange County , it's rare to find a place where the staff actually remembers your face. let alone your name. Here Matt does !. “I drive a 2015 BMW M4 , this is my second time taking my car to this shop . The guy that runs the shop that goes by Fidel is the best mechanic you could come to . I took my BMW to BMW of crevice, BMW of Buena Park, and other german based dealerships and they were all upcharging to get a diagnosis and had horrible wait times . Fidel had me in and out in less than two weeks . Second time I had an incident , I took it straight to him . Diagnosed a bad turbo and was in and out in super quick too . 100% will go back to him for any mechanical work, and will always recommend him to any friends that need help”
