“(I would give 10 ++++ just for Andre alone!) But I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 for an unrelated reason, & because I just rented a car & the previous person used the fix-a-flat. So the next day, when my tire went flat while going online & after being without a car all week, I had 0 fix-a-flat & a broken pump. But worse, the fix-a-flat was used on that very tire that busted through the fix-a-flat, & I was stranded with a dead phone & a huge headache after being without a car all week. But the employee Andre is the best employee or human I’ve encountered in my lifetime. I specifically choose to come 90 miles to this location when there was one 65 miles away just for his customer service. He is someone who I feel carries the entire rental locations he works at by himself. If there’s 8 customers he’s taking care 7 while other employees are taking care of 1. And I KNOW I will be taken care of if I go to the location he’s working at! He will ALWAYS find a way to fix a problem. Another employee might say there’s no cars — he will find one. He’ll go through cars individually, ones that haven’t been put in the system yet. If you’re a regular, he’ll look out for you ahead of time if he knows you’re coming in by making sure there’s a car & even charged up. If he says he can’t do something, he literally tried everything he could try — trust. But I haven’t ever experienced him not being able to figure out a way to do anything. He puts his blood, sweat, & tears into making sure you’re taken care of like it’s his own mother or himself!”
