Lol and every person in the shop I walked passed,put off a very positive vibe. The tech in the shop was very prompt in addressing a concern I had with a truck, and volunteered extra time to explain. “Sun state is a winning rental company. I recall needing a scissor lift asap for one of my clients when completing an installation turn key as I had sold a 300k sale of compressed air systems to spacex. My 3rd party installer needed a scissor lift and it was the last day to complete the install and sun state came through. I wouldn’t mind working for this company as an outside account rep of given the opportunity. They are a great business company”

“Great customer service at the U Haul in Magnolia. The pickup process was simple they asked for my ID and phone number, then sent a link to my phone with step-by-step instructions. I rented a 10’ truck for $19.95 to move a big sofa less than 10 miles, and the total cost was $32 without insurance.
The app guided me through checking mileage and fuel level, and charges were adjusted automatically based on return time and distance. Just make sure to set your return time a bit later to avoid the app timing out mine expired, but they resolved it the next day without any problem.
You can drop off the keys anytime using the drop box if it’s after hours. Overall, a smooth and easy experience. Highly recommended!”
