Anaheim location closed 3 years ago. Very negative experience with U-Save airport location, would not recommend to anybody. Hidden fees, difficult to get to, and poor quality kids car seats.

Absolute worst. Don't even bother booking with this company. Booked with them for car rental. When i landed in SD i received a text message saying to uber to the location and that i would be reimbursed up to $25. Upon arriving, came to find out the location was closed... at 6pm. Tried to call but no-one would answer. So now not only was i without a car and out $20 for the ride, i had to book another Uber to get me to another rental facility that actually does their job. Thanks for wasting my time and $$

Beyond horrible. Bad part of town, far from airport, slow lines, bad customer service and the list goes on. Be prepared for a ton other fees than what you are quoted. Save yourself the misery and just go with an airport car rental.

This place is a joke. I will never ever return to this Rental car company. Everyone be aware of the check in clerk name manny. He will try to get you to buy unnecessary things for your rental agreement. I was talking to him for almost one hour with this guy. Very frustrated dealing with this company. He ask me for my insurance policy and had to call my agent to verify. I never had to to do this with any other rental company. Drop off is a joke. You have to pay to drop there vehicle at a parking garage. Why do we have to drop off the vehicle?? Make sure to check the vehicle BEFORE you take it cause this guy told me we didn't have to check it cause I had insurance.. this guy was totally unprofessional... he was trying to get me to spend more money on the policy.. there was another guy help me cause I had to go back due to there was less gas then what stated. This guy checked off the gas and did a inspection and there was three good dents on the vehicle.. this guy said I'm glad you came back cause this dents could of been claim as my fault.. this guy was very nice person, but the other guy was untrustworthy... don't rent from this company. RED FLAG

Fast service, In and out. Cars are clean and in good condition, offered to take to airport. No problems here FYI Must adhere to full contract of reservation

Worst service, long waits in line and when you get there they inform you of a $400 deposit that is never inform when you do your reservation online and only accept credit cards.

They don't deserve a one star! Awful service, customer in line, fighting with the person behind counter! Just trying to rack up more money in their pocket. My recommendation, stick with name brand suppliers, Dollar, hertz, pay a little more, this isn't worth the hassle!

This was the absolute worst experience ever with a rental car company. I still have to call and cancel and hope they refund me because they didn't disclose their ridiculous rules when I made my reservations. The employees were rude and just told me "you can call this number and ask for a refund" instead of offering to help with any solutions. On top of all of that, we had just flown into town and didn't have a vehicle. We waited an hour for them to tell us they could t help us. NEVER AGAIN! I don't like leaving bad reviews but this place deserves it for their tactics. Every customer in front of us had some complaint too.
